Good location, pet friendly, pleasant staff, they gave me a room with a terrace because I was with a dog and it's very cute.

some things in the room are already outdated, there is also a lack of a kettle or a coffee maker

We really enjoyed our short stay — the hotel offered great value for money. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which made a positive impression. Located in the calm and cozy district of Sant Gervasi, away from the noise and crowds — ideal if you're looking for a peaceful atmosphere. While the hotel is visibly older and a bit worn in some areas, it is overall well-maintained and very clean, which we appreciated.

The hotel does show signs of age and could benefit from a few updates here and there, though it didn’t affect the comfort. Fewer cafes, shops, and restaurants were open in the area on Sunday and Monday compared to more central or tourist-heavy parts of Barcelona — something to keep in mind when planning meals or activities.

I stayed four nights at this hotel and had a great experience. The location is perfect, close to the Metro. The room was comfortable, room service was excellent, and the staff were kind and professional. The breakfast was great, and on my last day, I had to check out early, so they kindly prepared a picnic pack for me. Highly recommend!

I was on the first floor, as a noise-sensitive person I heard that reception phone ring sound can be heard in my room, but then noticed that it is not an issue, as there is a separate door for bedroom, which can keep the environment quiet.

First of all, I would really like to thank to cleaning lady/ladies. Clean, tidy and hardworking employees.🌹⚘️🌷 Spacy rooms. Modern, nice bathroom. Small fridge inside room. Fair breakfast, enough of everything, fruits, eggs, meat cheese, ... two elevators, no doorsteps to walk inside the hotel.... helpful receptionists... they even gave me a kettle for tea in the room.

The only minus is that furniture is a bit old and that the bed squeaks a bit. So you can hear some neighbors doing some pretty sounds...😉 imaginative😋

Parking for car underground, very tight but good value for money. Booked into the hotel at 02h00 in the morning and no paperwork had to be filled in because we were able to submit details online. Friendly staff speak English. Sumptuous, delicious buffet breakfast. Spacious room and bathroom. Smart TV and sitting chairs in room. Close to restaurants and Cafés with reasonable prices.

Would have expected a coffee machine in room at these rates. Parking area should have protective padding on steel girders placed around concrete pillars

The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay here. Since my wife is a light sleeper, we were a bit worried about the street noise during the night, but it was all quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfeast was delicious and although it might not be as diversified as other people might desire, for us it had plenty: eggs, cereals, dairy, baked goods, salad, butter, jam, chorizo, jamon, bacon, melon, pineapple, coffee, fresh fruit juice (and others I might have forgotten about). We were also able to leave our luggage in a store room at the hotel, since our flight back home was in the evening, so that we could walk and enjoy the city views one more time before our leave. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we'll surely come back here during our future trip(s) in Barcelona 😇

The hotel is easily accessible by metro line 7 and several buses. The neighbourhood is safe and within 15 minutes to Plaza Catalunya. Shops nearby. The room is simple but perfect for short stays. Staff is very friendly, good breakfast.

The only issue with this hotel is soundproofing. We only had 2 nights there but hardly any sleep during the night. You can hear the neighbour coughing next door, the wastebins being emptied late night on the street, traffic, everything. As if the walls and windows were made of thin paper :( bring earplugs if you plan to stay here.

Accommodation was clean, staff was very kind, location was perfect. My girlfriend and I are not the people who would enjoy going out at night and this hotel is located in a quiet and calm neighbourhood. The only problem was the wifi, the connection was sometimes pretty slow. Otherwise everything else was perfect! Would recommend. There is also nice Mercat right next to the hotel and next to the mercat is a entrance to the subway. Few stops and you are at the Plaza Catalunya - city centre.

Great little hotel in a quiet area. The staff were very accomodating and easy to communicate with when I had to let them know about a delayed late arrival time. Room was quiet, spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast was delicious (especially the pastries) although I wish I had known I could order eggs/omlette from the kitchen as I thought it was buffet only! Location of the hotel is great- away from the hustle and bustle (nice and quiet area with a local feel) but just 3 mins walk to the metro station!

The bed wasn’t the sturdiest, I felt the entire bed moved every time I turned over!
