Beautiful hotel - the perfect combination of old world and all mod cons. Rooms are stylish and comfortable, with a great shower. The staff were so friendly and warm. The location is superb - central but quiet. The roof terrace is fabulous, as is the breakfast atrium. We will definitely go back!

The one and only thing I could criticise is the light switches in the rooms - which glow brightly whether on or off overnight so the room isn't very dark at night. Take a sleep mask!

A lovely hotel and very pleasant stay. The location is excellent - only 10 minutes walk from most attractions and quite safe walking at night too. The room (double bed with a balcony) was lovely and the bed was very comfortable with great pillows. Next time I would get the superior double with a balcony for some more space. The bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch too. It rained for a day and was quite windy another day so I didn't get to use the rooftop area, but it looked really nice for warmer days. Breakfast was really nice too. You'd need to have a smartphone as the hotel relies on two apps - one for the air con and another for all of the day-to-day general info. And the staff were great too.

The only negatives were that in the room there were snacks on the table which cost money, and the minibar was full of drinks, but there was no free water. I felt like I was being constantly 'up sold' to with these laying around. Also, at 5am on Saturday morning, there was a man outside the windows with a very loud leaf-blower for what seemed like an hour (?!). I don't think that there is anything that the hotel could do about this, but be warned - bring your ear plugs!

Lovely little hotel close to the main sites. I walked everywhere! Hotel was modern and clean, and a lovely rooftop to soak up the summer sun! Front desk were polite and it was perfect for a one person stay.

The rooms were not soundproof. I could hear someone playing videos on their phone next door and heard everyone who walked past my room. Luckily I had ear plus to use during sleep. The other issue as some guests have mentioned is the light in the rooms. The light switches have blue LEDs that beam all night and the door is not sealed so light seems through from the hallway. See photo for why the room was bright and noisy.

The location is perfect, and it is situated next to a nice little plaza. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone in the hotel was very nice and courteous. We had a larger room because we had 3 people. It was clean and spacious enough for 3 of us because our daughter slept with us in the king size bed. The breakfast is fine for 2-3 days. I don't think it is worth EUR17/person/day. Eventually, we went outside and got breakfast for 3 for less than EUR15 for all of us.

I wished the pool was larger because in the summer, it is so hot between 3 - 7 pm that many of the guests are in the pool area. Unfortunately, the pool area (pool and the rest of the terrace) is only big enough to fit ~ 20-25 people. Aside from that, we had no other issues.

The location of the hotel was very central, close to great restaurants and bars. Even though the location was very central the surroundings of the hotel was very quiet and peaceful. The fact that the hotel has a restaurant/bar right on the peaceful square that the building is situated, is a great addition. The staff was very helpful and friendly at all times.

Staff at breakfast could definitely be better trained. They are not as friendly as the reception staff and their English is not sufficient. Breakfast variety was sufficient. If you like to drink tea, you would have to wait for the staff to bring you hot water because the machines only give coffee. Also, every morning we had to wait for black teas to be replaced since they ran out very quickly. The breakfast staff needs to be more attentive and quick to replace whatever's ran out. The best thing to do would be to put a separate hot water machine so that the guests are not dependent on getting the attention of the staff.

All the staff were very welcoming and really friendly, they made us feel at home straight away. We arrived quite early at the Hotel and our room wasn't ready, which is as we'd anticipated. However, the reception staff offered us an upgrade at no additional cost so that we could have a room straight away. The room was lovely... spacious, spotless and well equipped. Lastly, a bottle of bubbly was delivered to our room to celebrate my 60th birthday; completely unexpected and the icing on the cake for us. If you want to stay at a wonderful hotel with exceptional staff and in a great location, eat great food and be well looked after throughout your visit, the Vincci Molviedro is for you. Highly Recommended :-)

Staff extremely friendly and helpful - made me feel as if I was a valued customer. Very important for me as a mature woman with mobility issues, travelling alone. I can't praise them enough. Applies to both reception and cleaning/housekeeping staff. Liked the hotel decor, location in the Casco Antiguo, tranquil plaza Molviedro and complementary treats placed in my room.

I found the mattress too firm, and the pillows too soft. There were 2 types of pillows both with the same level of softness. Maybe the longer, bolster type pillows could be firmer. The closet in room (?small double?) was almost useless for hanging up anything other than short t shirts. The positioning of the shelf on which the safe was placed could easily be a foot lower. Had to use the pegs on other side of room for tops.

We had a fantastic stay at Vincci Molviedro! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The stylish design and attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. The location was perfect—central yet quiet—allowing us to explore the city easily while still having a peaceful retreat to return to. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff are amazing. All are so welcoming, kind and helpful. Nothing is too much. Hotel is in a great location, close to all main sites and a nice walk to Triana (other side of the river). Lovely bar in the hotel. The rooftop terrace is lovely with a cute little pool to dip in to cool off in the warmer weather. Great shower.

The light switches in the room are quite high tech and complicated. There were only 4 wardrobe hangers for shirts and blouses and only 2 small drawers. No dressing table space as taken up with coffee machine and kettle etc. Aircon not easy to operate, but it is silent which is a blessing.
