Clean and very comfortable. I really love this location.

This is for all Hiltons: the ADA roll in showers need to be remodeled. Having the bench and the shower head on opposite sides of the shower does not make sense. Many people who need a roll in shower, cannot stand to get the water on/off or pick up the shower head. So we have to tuck the shower head between the wall and a handle. There were also no shelves to place my things once I was sitting on the shower bench. Lastly, in this room, in order to open the main door, I’d have to turn around in the bathroom and open the door from the bathroom because there wasn’t enough room in the hallway with the barn house style bathroom door (that didn’t close all the way or latch).

- The central atrium was really big and had a lot of seating. It provided a nice area to hang out in and get some natural light even while indoors. - The elevators were super fast! - Having breakfast on-site made it very convenient, especially when the food was good - The staff was friendly and helpful. Pat(?), from the breakfast area, graciously let me have coffee while Starbucks was closed and the front desk folks were generous with those delicious cookies!

- My room was comfortable and spacious. The balcony needed some attention though. It was dusty, the paint was flaking off, and someone left an empty beer can on it. The door handle to the adjoining room was broken. - The hotel breakfast should have more hearty choices for vegetarians / vegans. On one of the days I was there, they had multiple types of pork (bacon and sausage) available and even the gravy for the biscuits was made from it. - The atrium was great but it was easy to hear the din of folks talking from my room on the 2nd floor.

Loved the location, our room was huge and ready upon arrival. Very easy getting in and out of the hotel. Nice pool and hot tub area too.

outside of the property need to be cleaned up. We have a service animal and while taking her out to potty, we found needles around the trees and the level of cleanliness outside of the property is not consistent with previous double tree stays.

The staff were awesome. Friendly and inviting. Kids loves the cookies they gave us. The pool area was large and had bathrooms right next to it. Made it great when the kids or any of us need to use them. I favored the hot tub. Room was large and plenty of room for the four of us.

I couldn't say anything bad about the stay here. Definitely in the stay list for next trip up there

The hotel was really clean and the bathrooms were really clean nothing smelled funny. That's actually really important to me. I hate it when you go to a hotel and the pillows smell like they haven't been washed or they're holding onto the oils from people's heads.

The balcony door was broken. That was a little unsettling. In the shower the shower gel was totally out and it was like 11:00 and I didn't want to call housekeeping. That was super annoying. I wish they had had just the little individual bath products but they didn't they just had everything in a big jar attached to the shower wall. It also took us like 5 minutes to figure out that there were no light switches on the walls. You had to turn all the lights on and off at the lamp. That was super annoying coming into the room when it was dark.

Right from the start Nicaise at the front desk was a superstar. She couldn't find my reservation but took the time to look through every reservation where she did find it. Booking.com had put my first name as my last name. When we got to our room we had an issue with the toilet leaking all over the floor, Nicaise promptly put us in another room, right next door so that we would have to move our luggage too far. The head of housekeeping, I didn't get her name, she's been there 23 years, is one of the most helpful ladies I've seen. She helped us carry our luggage to the new room (being on a 3 week mother/daughter road trip we had a lot of heavy luggage).

The leaking toilet was the first issue. Our new room the refrigerator stank, didn't work, and had dark liquid in the drawers but the housekeeper came immediately and cleaned them and offered to have a mechanic come fix it. We declined since we were leaving the next day. So there were issues with the stay but the staff offered remedies for them right away.

Hotel was spacious. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Housekeeping was taking out trash and changing out towels daily which was very nice.

The bed. The bed was very hard. When I asked to change rooms to possibly get a more comfortable bed I was told all the beds were the same make and model just different size. I was there 6 nights of terrible sleep.

Bed was comfortable Hot Tub was nice Cheesecake from Restaurant was good. ( bit over priced though for portion size)

Restaurant was over priced and didn't offer much in the way of food that we were familiar with. There wasn't anything too spectacular for the breakfast

The room was perfect. We liked that we where able to visit with family in the lobby and bar area. The hotel was very clean and the rooms comfortable.

The staff at check in needs to check if the room is ready before telling guests check in is not until 4 pm. I had to ask her to check and the room was ready.

Check-in was quick and friendly. The location of the hotel was close to places we needed to go and close to shopping, and restaurants were walking distance. We had a suite, was nice and clean. And a big spacious room. Room was very comfortable. The housekeeping staff are doing a great job at keeping the rooms clean.

The entrance to the elevator by 528 smelled like vomit. Otherwise everything was excellent.
