The staff were very extremely friendly, smart & explained all about the room & parking

The water for showering was tepid, even though the car parking was meant to be paid for though the hotel I have been charged $29 for the evening stay, the bar staff were great but seemed when we went down to the bar they was keen to be closing up for the evening even though plenty of people was down the bar area, unsure on bar closing times,

Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. All the amenities were great! Full size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel & lotion were all in large bottles attached to the wall, which was nice.

The employee at the check in desk was having a bad night, or at least, so it seemed. We were denegrated for booking with a 3rd party website & denied any of the Hilton Honors benefits, including the free bottles that usually come with the Hilton Honors benefits. We were told we could purchase a water bottle from a vending machine one floor down. I didn't really care about the "rewards points" from the other 3rd party website, I just booked through it so I could compare different property brands' locations relative to where we where planning to go the next day. We didn't feel welcome at the hotel after that interaction.

the bed was very comfortable.

there was some street noise from cars as there was a business blvd. on the side where our room was facing. Also on the 2nd day a family with several children were staying in the room next to us and the children were very noisy and misbehaving so I had to call the front desk and report my complaint. That did help out.

I loved the welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, convenient location, and the relaxing amenities that made our four-day stay truly enjoyable.

My friend and I had requested two robes upon arrival, but after waiting for over an hour and a half without receiving them, we had to call the front desk again to remind them.

The bed was amazing. You usually do not get a bed you can actually get comfortable in and sleep well. View was ok. Location to restaurants and the choices I had was also great

Only real inconvenience was battery in thermostat was dead. Then Maintenace needed to spray WD40 on the motor and fan to get it going. Saturday when I got into the shower at 0630 there was no hot water.

Clean, comfortable, great staff. The staff always asked if there was something that we need or if there was something that they could do to help, I thought that was pretty impressive. A very nice place to stay if you get the chance, close to a lot of things.

Staff was very friendly and informative. Location is great, quiet area(besides workers strike at 7am) parking was safe and secure.

I wish they had 2 queen beds option, we were a family of 4 and we were not comfy in the 2 doubles, the beds themselves were good but just not big enough. Everything else was great, but with the beds being small we will probably avoid this hotel in the future.

Room was clean & comfort. not too big. we took the 2 Queen bed room and the bed was as size of twin bed. bath was good and clean. Glendale city is a nice place to go from to the locations (Universal Griffith park etc. ) not too much to see around the hotel...

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. the ambience of the hotel on arrival was also very inviting and we liked that. The breakfast was yummy and the staff were just so professional and attentive. It really made our holiday feel special and we appreciate that
