The staff here are excellent. They are very short handed, yet have attended to everything that I have needed promptly and courteously. The manager Micah is working his tail off. Every time I see him he is working very hard.

The internet is absolutely terrible. I have almost no signal in my room. I paid for the extra speed and didn't help at all. The breakfast consists of coffee. I know this is because corporate doesn't pay for it. It is not the staffs fault.

I love the facility and the staff are amazing I really only my stay here I consider it to be home and I treated as such , when I come to stay. This is my go to hotel whenever I’m in need of somewhere to stay for a while they make me feel comfortable and the rooms are more than comfortable.

It was comfortable and the staff was amazing for this type property. They personalized my stay and treated everyone with respect and accommodated me when I was new to the state and my job. They acted like this was their house and did what they had to do with what they had to work with. I had a good room. All was clean and fully stocked.

The facility needs a more aggressive fumigation company, renovations, pool needs to be cleaned and or covered in the winter,, CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST or at least the bag breakfast it stated on the announcement needs to be provided, more cleaning staff, a true cop needs to be hired for Security of the property & sit in to walk the floors and property /grounds, MAINTENANCE needs to be more aggressively handling the room deficiencies. ( elevator was broken and handicapped man walked the steps) THE PRICE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED to lower than $90 to 45-50$. The trash in hallways and hanging out needs to be monitored and property respect/rules to be initiated ferociously. Need comforters during winter stay, at the least.

The room was spacious and the furniture was very comfortable.

All the common areas and the elevator was wet from being mopped as we left out at check out time. I have mobility issues and felt very uncomfortable with my son pushing me in my wheelchair on the wet surfaces. One of the main entrance handicapped doors wasn't functioning which made it hard for my son pushing me in a wheelchair.

Leonora and Tiffany (manager working evening of 1-24-2025) were extremely nice and pleasant. Made the stay even better!

There were a few hairs in the bathroom and a couple within the towels.

Clean simple hotel with cooking possibilities.

Odd check in. Odd behavior of staff. Room placement with booking is always next to a service closet.

Breakfast very acceptable. Room pleasant and comfortable and clean. No rush to vacate. Hungry teenage boys were happy with breakfast.

I was happy with beds made properly. Lovely comfortable silky feeling ultra white sheets. I can not think of anything that I was disappointed with. After all, I did not expect the Taj Mahal.

Staff did not bother you.
