The location was great , the staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean and had a good mini fridge, the walls/shower had some areas that could have been cleaner but overall the cleanliness was comfortable and the flooring being laminate rather than carpet made it feel cleaner. The beds were comfortable and the black out curtains were great. The pool was clean but the tile needed fixing many places. The breakfast was a European breakfast, we were expecting a nice American buffet so that was disappointing since we love breakfast! The hotel was quiet, we stayed on a Tuesday-Thursday while our house was being rented. It was great for a staycation.

The amenities including lobby bar, pool area and gym (best I have ever seen in a hotel anywhere). Location was also excellent with restaurants, including one of our favorites, Coopers Hawk and shops right outside the front door. Staff is very professional and capable.

I believe they charge for parking which I consider a money grab. We returned our rental car and just took the shuttle to the airport. The other thing is you need to use your room key for everything. The hotel is in a public area so I understand but at times was not convenient like when your hands are holding coffee and you are in the elevator and can't simply press the button for your floor as you need to scan your key first.

Modern hotel yet warm vibe. Friendly staff, room was beautiful, rooftop pool with view was amazing, outdoor chess and multiple seating areas, free newspapers, gratis bottled water in room, all exceeded expectations.

Hated...hated the glass bathroom door. You could hear the urinating (and more); always worried someone could walk in or see. I usually leave bathroom light on with door shut for nightlight but couldn't as it lit up entire room. Breakfast and breakfast service was terrible. Couldn't understand her English, she could barely understand English, no orange juice and didn't replenish when asked, very unorganized, one container of milk left but no straw to drink it. Worst hotel breakfast experience ever, honestly.

We were only there for 12 hours - room was clean, pillows and bedding could be refreshed, pillows seemed really old. We booked this hotel due to having an early morning flight. We knew it had a shuttle which was one of the reasons why we booked this. Front desk told us the shuttle ran 24 hours on the hour. At 0345 we were at the waiting area, by 0410 the shuttle had not arrived. We then booked an uber as we had a flight to catch. As we packed our luggage into the uber up 0416, the shuttle showed up. We were not happy!

We only stayed one night, without breakfast. The rooms were clean, spacious and luxurious. The price-to-value was great. And it was very close to the airport.

The reception was at the second floor which I am not used to. So it was weired to me, but I am sure it has a reason. There was free coffee in the morning even for people without breakfast, but only until 10 am, given the fact that we had to check out the next day and ran a bit late, there was no free coffee anymore when we arrived at the lobby. Connecting to the internet is a bit tricky, there are two different connections, one is only for special members. I made a call to the back office to receive support in this matter, and they said they will call back, which they never did.

We took a cruise from Port Everglades in FT Lauderdale, FL and the location was ideal. The hotel itself is sleek and modern.

Staying at the AC Marriott is wonderful but their bar/cafe does not open until 5:00pm. That being said, the adjacent Marriott hotel’s bar/cafe is open and you can get from one property to the other. You can charge your purchases to your room from this location. My only complaint is you must walk through the parking lot to access the other property. It is not well lit and if traveling alone I would not feel comfortable having to go through the parking lot.

Modern decor, very clean, one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in years including 4 and 5 Star hotels I’ve been in Hawaii. Customer service provided by Esmirna at the front desk was fantastic. I asked her for a later checkout because our flight was delayed by 3 hours and she let us stay til a little longer so we didn’t have to sit in the airport, and we were so thankful for that!

Breakfast buffet for $18 was simply a continental breakfast comparable to the free breakfast at holiday inn.

Nice hotel with a nice bar area to get munchies. Bartender was very attentive. The pool area was pretty awesome!

It was kind of confusing getting into the correct side. The Marriott side was Plainly visible. I don’t realize we were at the AC Marriott side which is not plainly marked and only accessible through the parking garage. They didn’t have an ice machine. They had to bring us ice.

Staff were very helpful and escorted us to the AC hotel since we arrived at the Marriott. I booked on booking.com and my reservation was under my first name not my last but the man on the desk checked further and looked under my first name and told me sometimes this happens. I really appreciated his critical thinking skills and customer service. I did not get his name but both of the staff were exceptional.

It was very quiet. Interesting modern minimal decor, open spacious with a tall cieling, without carpet in the room. Good tv. Loved the soap, shower gels & shampoo. In a newly built development/section of town, near a small outdoor mall with shops and some restaurants. They were very nice to hold our luggage until our room was ready. The housekeeper kindly offered more towels the next morning. The pool on 5th floor deck looked really beautiful, but I didn’t have time to use it unfortunately.

Although the design was interesting & modern, wish there had been a more traditional door to the bathroom instead of a sliding door because it’s quieter, wish parking was free, but these are very minor concerns. Enjoyed our stay.
