Clean, spacious, beautiful rooms, cozy beds! Pool was nice… breakfast was delicious!

When we got to our room the AC was off. It was about 100 degrees outside and the room felt about 100 degrees. We were tired and just wanted to go to bed. The room was not Cooling off at all. The hotel Staff were wonderful and felt bad. They agreed it was too hot and apologized. We tried another room and the ac was also off . Then we went to another room and it was cool and perfect!! The hotel maintenance and the front desk worked together to figure out the problem! You really should not turn the ac off in the rooms if it takes forever for the rooms to cool off. It had been at least an hour before the ac even felt like it was working. Other than that mishap that wasn’t their fault…. We loved our stay and will definitely be recommending to friends and we will stay here again!

We left to catch a plane & too early for any breakfast / the agent on duty that early morning was really friendly / he was the first friendly agent we had come across. The ones on duty the day before were not friendly. Very grumpy if asked a question

We were arriving early from a cruise & we knew we had to get up at 3 am / so I had requested to try to get in to our room a couple of hours earlier than usual but they refused ahead of time. Said we could leave our luggage in lock up but that was not a help to 2 tired travellers. We didn’t know the area / the food on the property wasn’t available until after 5 pm. We wanted to have an early supper & go to sleep. Liked the extra mirror outside the bathroom that was very small

The location was great, shuttle to airport was very good with all our luggage. Our room was very confortable, clean and inviting. We did not get a chance to experience the breakfast, early morning flight, but the coffee was good.

The luggage carts, there was not enough of them. People kept them on their floors or in their rooms. The bench outside people sat and smoked around them made it hard to breathe around them. I think should have another bench, with no ash tray no smoking.

Wonderful stay. Bed was comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast included. Easy to get a shuttle to cruise line, free shuttle from airport. Spacious room very clean hotel

1) The shuttle took almost an hour to arrive for pick up from the airport. I had to call twice. 2) The bathroom space was a bit tight between the toilet an shower with a very heavy wood door, which unfortunately opened over my foot which got caught and scaped from the space between the door and floor.

The location was in a really pretty area that was close to Firebirds and Häagen-Dazs. At night, the water fountains were lighted with changing colors. It was pretty close to the airport and the cruise terminals. The room was quiet at night and was very clean. Breakfast was well rounded with eggs, bacon, waffles, muffins, and breads.

I had a bit of difficulty contacting the shuttle from the airport. We opted to get a Lyft ride to the cruise terminal, which was about half the cost of the shuttle. The A/C unit blew directly on the bed, and it took some adjustments of fan to low and temp. to 74.

The location first and foremost. The staff is always friendly, rooms are clean and I love the space. Breakfast is always to my liking and to me its a very safe area.

Not really sure what I'd say was a dislike. It really is a wonderful area and I cannot say what I'd dislike about the place. Maybe a few stay after being a regular, that's about it.

Breakfast was decent with nice variety. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful.

The fan was broken in the bathroom, there was a bit of trash by the sofa. There was loud construction next to our room by the highway that we heard from 12am until about 5am. Other than that, the stay was great! For a 5 person stay, there could have been extra towels in the room though as well!

The hotel offers transportation from the airport to the site. The driver was very helpful before arrival, as I called to inquire about any reservation requirements and clarity about the very close proximity of the two Hyatt Hotels. The front desk attendant was very pleasant and helpful. She extended an invitation to enjoy the breakfast offered on site - despite the fact that my room access was due to be available much later in the day. The food prepared for breakfast was very fresh; there were a variety of options for meat and meat-less meals; and the dining cafe was bright and cheery. My room was designated to sleep up-to five people. The two queen beds and pullout sofa were very accommodating. A nice variety of stores and restaurants are in the local area. NOTE: The general complex looks like a developing shopping center and the hotel is placed on the fringe.

I was very pleased with this hotel. There are no complaints. Amenities like the pool and fitness center were available; however, I did not have an opportunity to use them.

Breakfast was very good offering a wide variety. The location was absolutely perfect and was walking distance to Dania Pointe to all the shops and restaurants. This was a very enjoyable stay. When we arrived earlier than check in off our cruise ship, Oliver at the front desk was extremely accommodating and held our luggage for us until our room was ready. 👍👍

Breakfast was pretty nice for us. I had some bagels with eggs and some coffee for breakfast. Room was satisfying according to expectations.

No specific things to point out as things we did not like. We enjoyed the room features, covering everything we expected for a pleasant stay. The dinner in the hotel restaurant was pretty nice, some Italian choices that tasted good.
