The reception staff were exceptional. Views from the room were beautiful. I was given a newly refurbished room which was lovely I was invited to join Bonvoy when I checked in and was offered a free drink

There was remedial work taking place at hotel which did make some noise Some facilities were unavailable due to the work being carried out on the property - swimming pools ect The bed was facing inland rather than the view of the beach No complementary water and not enough body lotion given My room wasn't serviced on the 2nd day

Very well located with restaurants within walking distance as is the beach The property is under construction & the pool is closed. They did say we could get free chairs in the beach but that didn’t happen because of weather. Not their fault. Everyone was super helpful and friendly.

Parking is $52 for the night! The app to tip does not accept AMEX & adds a service fee on top of the suggested $7. You can change the amount but charge a service fee for the card use. A service charge on a tip????? The front desk never had change ( I think on purpose) we were in and out several times each day and with tipping parking was ridiculously high. We spent almost $200 to park our car!!!! You had to use it as there was no available street parking other than parking meters!! The sink in the room was cracked ( but they are renovating) and we stayed 3 days the room was only serviced once!

Beautiful view from the room. Everybody is nice in that hotel.

Did not like the $34 per night destination fee. It was sort of a hidden fee. It forces you to eat at the restaurants of the hotel at least one meal pet day to get back half of the destination fee ($17). Then you don't get to enjoy the sorroundings as you would like. Bad business concept for the visitor staying at their hotel who wants to enjoy the sorrounding areas.

The location is great! The beach is right across the street and some of the best eateries in the city are within walking distance.

The destination fee at check-in was a surprise and I couldn’t fully comprehend or capitalize on many of its benefits. However this did not overshadow any of the positive aspects of the property.

LOCATION AND VIEWS were everything!!!! The staff was friendly, helpful and always smiling. Great bar with amazing views. Rooms were large and clean. Windows are floor to ceiling. Plenty of restaurants within blocks. We never needed our car. Ft. Lauderdale is my new favorite place and I will always stay here!

The location was perfect for walking to the beach and restaurants and nightlife. It was well situated for exploring Ft Lauderdale beach and the Las olas area. Josh at the front desk was great. He was friendly and accommodating with our request for extra blankets and a late checkout..

Daily parking was very expensive (valet service only). Retrieving your car requires a valet app that you get a link to upon parking. The app is cool if your techie like that. The app also offers a convenient option to tip the valet, however it has a pricey surcharge that is added to the tip.

The location for the event we attended was perfect. Access to the beach and some of the local eateries, etc was good.

The price that they charged me to have access to none of their amenities was beyond ridiculous. I also didn't like that they valeted by car without letting me know how much it would cost me before they took it.

Friendly staff, clean, nice size queen room, affordable. We stay here every year. We enjoy the pool, although it is small, but pool towels are always available and it’s across the street from beach. Deedra at the welcome activities desk is wonderful. She always has great coupons and tips for travelers.

Nothing major - the ice machine on our floor didn’t work and there is only 1 washing machine and 1 drier for guests and I waited for some time to use them. There was no microwave in the room, but there is 1 in the downstairs lobby.

I liked the updated room in the corner! The location was next to fun restaurants and bars. The rooftop bar was a bonus to sit during morning coffee.

The pool was a little too hot for the weather but didn't care too much. It felt like a hottub and not cool and refreshing.

It was right on the beach and close to everything. Friendly staff and good service

We went on spring break not knowing so the college kids ruined alot of the fun for us. Also didn’t know the pool was closed but happy they had chairs at the beach for us to use everyday!
