Close to everything there’s Walmart kfc Taco Bell…didn’t see any bugs or roaches, fridge and microwave worked fine, both beds were comfy, the employees and housekeepers were very friendly and nice, the air conditioner worked perfectly fine, no night noise, slept great! Also loved the pool was clean and warm

THE BREAKFAST SUCKS STAYED 2 NIGHTS AND IS THE SAME TOAST CEREAL OATMEAL LITERALLY THATS IT, PLEASE ADD MORE VARIETY LIKE BACON EGGS SAUSAGE FRUITS MUFFINS ECT.

The staff were so nice, professional and efficient. They took care of our issues with ease and professionalism. The location was good.

There was different things stuck in our sink drain and in shower. There needed to be more toilet paper and towels, soaps, shampoos, coffee, sugar packets already in room enough for 2 adults.

My room #324 was right off the elevator. There was noise every night but the room was clean and according to the staff, recently remodeled.

The location and noise from the elevator. Things or bags being dropped. People coming off the elevator, some were celebrating a late night activity.

Breakfast was okay. shuttle to the bus very good. even though I was late they dropped me off at the airport. the driver knew exactly which terminal to take me to

the lady at check in was not very helpful and a bit rude. otherwise everything was okay

free parking spot right near your room …. at that time I arrive early and they let me to check in an hour earlier . location is not central but not far from anything . room is ok and clean … 2 beds are great

construction work at moment in day time but not too bad or loud . internet at that time was down and can’t be use but it’s ok I use my data mobile .

the location is good and the rooms are a good sized

internet didn’t work good. but every one has internet in there phone now, and there is was homeless black People hanging around the outside and in the stairwells buming for someone to buy food at the food stall

Room was clean, the staff was very nice. We did,t wait long for getting key. Breakfast acceptable.

I was very disappointed that, then I booked the hotel I send email to asked if i will have a shuttle bus to the hotel from airport, and the hotel responted we will figure out you will be Okey.There are was no shuttle since covid. This is not acceptable.

the person who worked at the front desk was very kind and professional, and as for the room and the bed, everything was clean and tidy and I would return to the same hotel again, my rating is a perfect ten
