Second stay much better than first stay. Room was quiet and peaceful. Comfy bed. Plumber came and fitted a shower head on third day so that improved the shower greatly. Plumber was very friendly and efficient a credit to hotel.

Complimentary breakfast. No yogurts or almond milk and none to replace them on first breakfast. Second day no yogurt, almond milk or normal milk either and nothing to replace. Dried cereal to eat but difficult as very sweet due to being sugar coated. Hit and miss breakfast as once supplies are gone limited choice although if you like egg potatoes and sausages that was well maintained.

The customer service at this hotel was fantastic. Very helpful and informative 👍🏾 You can see that the leadership at this hotel is evident in providing proper training for its employees. The staff is very professional and friendly.

What I didn't like was that the hotel is very outdated. Smart TV does not exist. I could not access popular networks such as Netflix or Hulu nore. Was it possible to smart cast from any device for entertainment. On a good note, the hotel did have premium channels such as showtime and HBO, which was pleasant.

The best part of our stay here is the receptionist Khaleid. We are a family of 3, and we all got sick from our cruise. We canceled all our plans in Fort Lauderdale because all we wanted was to rest and sleep to recover for our flight back to Canada the next day. He gave us complimentary early check-in and late check out. Thank you very much for your understanding. I will book again with Hampton's because of your kindness.

Everything is extra!!! 25 bucksfor earlier check in. On booking .com said that pet charges may apply and it is 75 per dog non refundable! So misleading ! Paking also said on site but never mentioned that it was extra 28 bucks per night! So you pay for stay ,plus deposit plus extra ,extra and cost of 1 night comes to almost 500!!!! Crazy!

cleanliness and the hot water

I was not aware of a deposit. and I could not pay it with cash. so I had to find another taxi to get to the nearest store oe bank to reload a card, and the traffic was horrible. I then was charged $28.00 for parking, that I never agreed to, because I was ubered to this hotel. And I noticed that I was charged on my final receipt, which I never consented to.

I like that on arrival checking in I was having an issue, but the front desk, supervisor, accommodating me with my needs on my stay.

I didn’t like when I got to my room a piece of the big wood fell on my foot from the nightstand. I took a picture. I showed the young man and the young lady at the front desk. I thought they was going to make an incident report, but they didn’t was having an issue with my hip. And by the poolside and clean properly the same things was there the day after.

Nice clean, renovated room. It was close to where I needed to be and the parking, although there could be more, was nice and seemed secure.

The iron and ironing board need to be replaced. The iron leaks and is full of mineral deposits. The leg on the ironing board is broken. The sheets are not deep enough for the mattress and come off during the night.

We loved the breakfast and the size of our room. The room was clean and spacious. It is near the Hard Rock Live where we were attending a concert, so location was very important to us. It has available parking.

We didn't liked the area where it was because it seemed like it wasn't so safe. We ordered Uber Eats around midnight and the lobby's front door was closed so it seemed like it wasn't that safe. Even though, we felt safe at the hotel.

Sink in bathroom did not drain well. Took a long time to drain. The mattress had a tilt to it. It was tilted towards our head. There was a spotlight outside on the roof that was right by our room . It was so bright the curtains in the room couldn't keep all of the light out. That was very bothersome for me

The only minor things was the remolding that was happening , construction sounds are heard through vents and but that's temporary. The building prior to my recent visit was 10/10. I can imagine the remodeling with enhanced the ambiance even more.
