The hotel was terrific. I went with my two teenagers. The pool was great, and so were the games (chess, pool table, fuzzball). We loved the hot tea and coffee always on offer, and the front desk had just what you needed for snacks and drinks without leaving the property. The breakfast was delicious and very plentiful. Couldn't ask for better. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We had Amazon packages delivered to the hotel and the staff did not fuss. The hotel and rooms were very modern and clean. I would definitely stay there again. We loved it.

I was shocked with the homeless situation near the hotel over by the bus and train station and it was very unnerving. We were told not to walk around in the area. We used uber constantly and never walked anywhere and the staff and hotel were so wonderful that we didn't worry about the neighborhood after our arrival. Yes I would stay there again because the staff and hotel were so terrific!

What I loved about the room is that it’s very convenient. There’s a little shelf in the bathroom for you to put all your toiletries. There’s a table on top of the fridge and then there’s a shelf underneath the dresser for your shoes. They also have towel holders in the bathroom. It’s very accommodating . I also like that you parked in a garage and then you just went from the garage to the elevator into your room very convenient.

I love the location. When I walk into a hotel I usually pick up the smell. The sweet aroma as I walked in the door made me aware of the cleanliness of this hotel and I was right.

For me, nothing could have been better. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. One young lady was off her shift and I was waiting for a package that was delivered. The others were a bit busy but she still assisted me.

Half a block from homeless camp. I didn't feel safe. Why do we have to pay to park?

The breakfast and the staff serving was very pleasant and friendly. We were able to use the facilities and got well acquainted with the front desk, house keepers, and swimming area. I wished we could have got to stay on the 18th floor going up for it would have been a great experience but all rooms were booked.. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

There was nothing to not like.

I liked I could order my overnight Amazon prime for forgotten items and they held it at the front desk. I loved the breakfast, great variety. Staff was very friendly and had suggestions for places to walk for lunch. Easy walk from the Fort Lauderdale Brightline Train Station, so you could arrive or travel easily to Miami or Orlando.

Nothing within the hotels control, was very satisfied. Rained the whole time, a lot of rain so my view was only about one block of visibility. Great cleaning at entrances, mop duty was needed from luggage and people tracking in water. Great safety, someone was alway keeping up with the lobby floors. Hotel was busy and they had great (enough)staff available to help everyone.

Everything I even got to take the Bright line Train experience to Miami it was awesome that the station was right next door a few feet from the Hotel but I was not able to walk had to drive my car which was pointless but I couldn't leave my car at the hotel our the parking lot due to fee charged by both but if you buy a ticket for the train you get free parking at the station

The hotel said it was $30 Dollars a day to park had to pay a parking street lot $14 dollar only 4hr parking allowed so my whole stay had to get up 6: 30 eat breakfast really quick just to move my car by 7am but their was no where to go nothing was open in FLL short term guest 1to3 night should only pay the $30 dollar I would not mind I would not choose that property again

Every tu ing was great! Beautiful, room spacious, good breakfast, amenities are awesome and the staff was amazing. I arrived an hour early than 4 and the front office promptly told me that my room was ready and that I didn’t need to wait until check in time.

The location to get there… You have to pass through a bus station and that block looks a little sketchy

The hotel is modern , loved not having carpet in the room and the location is close to downtown , los Olas and not too far from the beach ! Also, the hotel smelled amazing , had this light scent diffusing throughout the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The parking garage is very narrow , have to be real careful not scrape your car when entering or exiting. There is outdoor parking by meter.

all was comfortable ... arrived 7am and feared I will not be allowed into room till check in time say 10 or 11am but I was allowed in immediately ......also breakfast was already being served , so I had breakfast ...3 breakfast's for a two night stay !!! pretty cool ......had a nice swim in the pool ...convenient location to Las Olas, beach , Riverwalk , airport and cruise dock ,,,upon leaving had no Uber , so staff ( named Kenya ) ordered Uber for me ..thank you .

microwave in room would be nice ....no house keeping if stay under 4 days
