great location, beach access area with 2 chairs reserved (until 4pm), nice maids and pool staff, free bike rentals, rooftop pool + bar, 24/7 access, hot shower water, room amenities, spacious room, great sunlight, nice bathroom

very soft bed and pillows, noisy hallways at times, TV brightness super low (can't change), random morning knocks on your door (can't sleep in), window shades aren't full blackout, forgot to renew dirty room glass cups, staff member forgot to inform the next shift staff to call us when room as ready (no one ever called) and made our wait time much longer-2nd shift was nicer and enthusiastic

The location is great, close to the beach and far from the parties in South Beach, with good restaurants options nearby and the free trolley to South Beach nearby. Great amenities, with free yoga class, a welcome drink, free bike rentals and nice pool. I had a delicious caesar salad in the restaurant too and love that Starbucks is right there. And the team is truly amazing, especially Henrique, Anthony, Nina and the gentleman at the restaurant!!! Luxury service level! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was very pleasant. We had a conference there and every thing was perfect!

The customer service from the staff is the best I've experienced from a hotel in Miami. This was my fourth trip to Miami and I feel fourth time lucky as this hotel ticks all the boxes. It's like a peaceful oasis. The staff really look after you and make you feel so welcome. The property is in an amazing location in Mid Beach. It is next door to Starbucks and the Triton supermarket is across the road which is so handy! There is a free trolly bus behind the hotel that takes you to Lincoln Road for shopping. I walked to South Beach in 25 minutes or you can take the bus or Uber. It's like transport central...which makes me feel very at home coming from London!

I liked all. The staff were amazing, (from reception, bike reception, cleaning, pool, all perfect) especially Alisa at the reception, she is very professional, warm and excellent communicator, very helpful and perfect person for the position.

EVERYTHING WAS NICE! They provided bike rentals, my first night we rode bikes up and down Collins Ave. There is a Liquor store 24 hour Subway across the street. They provided beach chairs & towels. Me and my fiancé enjoyed spending time on the 3rd floor terrace! It was so peaceful we even napped out there. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the rooftop pool. Will be going back!

All the extra fees and deposit they don't tell you about until you arrive there. I wasn't aware and had to pay an extra $180.

I like The fact that we were close to the beach The staff was very friendly at arrival all the way to the time for check out My kids love the fact that they had a workout center and the view of the pool on the rooftop was gorgeous.

I didn't like the remote control in the room I actually had to push it down real hard for it to work multiple times and I also didn't understand why there was not a microwave in the room I couldn't eat my food left over from the restaurant because there wasn't a microwave to warm it up. And last but not least when you first enter the hotel the smell is very strong smells good but too much of it.

Maya is a rock star! She assisted me with check in and gave me great advice on nearby restaurants. She is/was very friendly and dealt with my many questions. The location was right across the street from the beach and was pristine. The view from my room wasn't great as it overlooked a lot of construction, but once that is done, it will be much better.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach, coffee shops and pretty much everything you need.

The only let down was we didn’t get room service once. We asked reception about it who assured us we would get it the next day and that didn’t happen at all on our 3 night stay

- the location is perfect, not just because it is close to the beach, but the area around 40th street is quite and clean; - the staff was very friendly and supportive; -

- the whole organisation of the room cleaning is a bit confusing to me as someone from Europe. You have to book someone to clean the room! For me that isn't the Marriott signature.
