Staff was nice

We asked the hotel to call us a cab to be safe, they called us a chauffeur that they use frequently.. that charged us $20 extra because the hotel told us $15 and we had to pay $35. We toke a yellow cab after that to the same location and it was indeed 15$.

Excellent food, very comfortable beds, very clean, nice smell, nice lobby, nice staff., great shuttle.

Everything is dated, the bathroom and the room looks like Motel 6 or Red roof . Old carpet, old furniture, old bathtub. No balcony, bad view ( I saw a wall from my window , nothing else)In addition , for that price you cannot leave a very small bottle of water for free and another one bigger with the tag saying 6$, I think the customers deserve at least a free bottle of water included in 320$, very disappointing!

The location: near the airport, the mall and of course Walmart! The staff were very friendly and accommodating as well. The free shuttle to and from the airport.

Paying a hefty fee for the receipt of my packages ordered online. To be fair, this is not the hotel's fault (looking at you Amazon) but it still stung when I had to pay for my packages. The hotel charges $7 per package and $6 per envelope that they receive on your behalf. Amazon, bless their heart has taken to shipping items separately (even when you request that the items be shipped with as few packages as possible) so your charges owed to the Marriott add up very, very quickly.

Front Desk Manager was really helpful (resolved something in 20 minutes which took staff more than 3 hours to assist - thank you Miss Front Desk Manager, I misplaced the card you provided with your name sadly), room was clean, bed comfy, pool was great to make use of for early morning swim. Staff in the afternoon were friendly and had good energy.

Long waits to pay for snacks at reception (+-15 minutes) as they only had one person on duty multiple occasions and it got busy in the morning and whilst waiting others who lined up after us were served before us as they were in front of the desk, waited over a period of 3 hours for a follow up for a package (Front Desk Manager resolved in 20 minutes), the AC in lobby area can be a bit cold when sitting and working in the seating area around reception.

Cleanliness

Trying to arrange with the staff for a family member to get my key card to my room who was already present at the facility because my flight kept getting delayed coming from Atlanta. It was a hassle, but eventually after several phone calls and speaking with the third party I booked through, it was successful.

Great breakfast

I ordered food to my room but it didn’t turn up. So we when I went back down after waiting 40mins they said ‘oh no we don’t deliver to you room’ even though I specifically asked while ordering. My son and I were very tired from travelling so this was very frustrating and very poor from the bar team.

Breakfast - A nice room, good service, egg station. Bedroom - excellent comfortable bed, good a/c and soundproofing. Location - near enough the airport, nice garden area.

Breakfast - poor quality buffet, poor filter coffee and no expresso, expensive. Bedroom - no water provided, no room service, bathroom dated.

I was impressed by the amenities at this hotel. I go to many hotels, but this was exceptional. The breakfast I opted for was a complete-cooked meal made for you, or you can choose the buffet. I loved the Spanish French Toast! There were also Starbucks drinks located at the other Marriott across the courtyard, as well as other food options. My room was comfortable and quiet. The airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes and a board in the lobby has the departures to let you know if they are on time or not (just like the airport). I would come back to this hotel without any thought and would look forward to it.

Not a thing, seriously.

I like staying at the Marriott or courtyard by Marriott, I feel safe, and my room is clean, the bed is comfortable and have restaurant there, its very convenient.

You didn't have free breakfast, and the price was high, I had to pay $25 for parking, they would change my room from a king to 2 queen, and I was charge for early departure, I was traveling for a family emergency surgery, I felt that the staff did not care that I was in a distressful situation, no compassion, I love staying at the courtyard by Marriott, I probably will stay there again. but the company need to do better.

The boy at the desk was very friendly and helpful. They got us in right away even though we got there at 9 o’clock in the morning. Give us a room information on how to get to the beach how to Uber. It was quiet. It was very comfortable in the gym is outstanding.
