location is great for the beach. rooms were large and comfortable

the breakfast was ordinary. They ran out of pancakes. Only 1 lift for whole hotel meant long waits. as the stairs were nowhere near the lifts, no-one used them

Due to the severe thunderstorms , the area around has been flooded. Of course, we cannot blame hotel that its parking was flooded. We were not able to drive to the hotel since the several blocks on Collins ave area from 40th to 30th streets were severely flooded. We were lucky to wait on higher ground of Indian Creek for approx. 3 hours until water subsided. When we finally get to the hotel, its garage was still flooded, So we parked on the metered parking spot in front of hotel, which requires to pay every 3 hr, except from 3am to 9 am. Not to blame the hotel for this natural disaster 03/ 31 - tropical weather! Hotel stuff was helpful .

Beautiful and well renovated hotel with cool 1950s-inspired decor in public spaces and rooms. Perfect location near public transport and one short block from the beach. Hotel is very clean and well managed. We enjoyed the breakfast and the beach chairs and bikes included in the resort fee were much appreciated! The hotel has a great team at the reception desk and I would like to give a special shout-out to Franco, Julien, Eric, and Leila who were very helpful and friendly and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Thank you!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Very clean and new fixtures. Bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Maybe the most impressive thing about the whole stay. They went the extra mile to help.

Wish that curtains would have wrapped around to block the light at night from coming in the sides of the window. I like a dark room. Nice shower stall, but quite slippery, especially when soaping up or using shampoo. Think you should put a grippy mat on the floor. And grab bars in all the rooms might not be a bad idea. Not a major investment.

Breakfast was amazing. They provided a wide range of items that were offered. They also provided additional items for purchase. Franco the front desk attendant was so helpful and provided a lot of information and suggestions. He also checked on us when he would see us coming in and out.

TVs in the lounge/bar area would be great. I wanted to stay in and watch the game however there were no TVs so we left. We also would have liked to go to the pool there were no lights at night.

Amazing location, just 2 min walk to the beach, a bus stop and a free Miami Beach trolley stop. Free coffee and tea. Nice and quiet pool area.

Paper plates and cups and cutlery at breakfast is so wasteful, especially for things like a cup for waffle batter that could just be reused each morning. A full length mirror in the room would be good. And an information leaflet or QR code for breakfast times, pool times etc would be helpful. No courtesy room which would have been nice for showering after the beach/pool on final day.

The person who checked me in was very informative about the property and amenities offered. The lady, working in the bar, was kind and helpful with the drink and light appetizer selections. Room size was adequate, lots of food offerings, up and down Collins and easy access to the beach.

The moisture in the room, from the window unit and being so close to the ocean.

Great place, rooms are clean and staff was very nice. close to the beach, CVS and has Italian restaurant on the ground level which I highly recommend.

rooms are comfy but bit small for a family of 4..lack of place for the luggage to put.. When we come from the beach our swimming suits were wet and there is no way to put them in the room to dry. there are no balcony! I would pay for a drying service in the hotel!

We were very warmly welcomed by Vicky, the receptionist, who was helpful throughout our stay.Our room was clean and, even though we were facing the road, we were not disturbed by the traffic as the window glazing was sound. The hotel is easily reached from the airport, via the 150 airport bus, which stopped behind the hotel, where one could also pick up up the free trolley bus to South Beach. The closest beach from the hotel was just a short walk away, where one could hire umbrella and chairs.

The complimentary breakfast was fine but monotonous and was served using disposable plates and cutlery, which might have saved on staffing levels but has a tremendously detrimental effect on the environment.
