Loved the decor. the room had a view which was lovely. Staff in bar and restaurant v helpful and friendly. Check in was simple. Location was grt for port.

We were given a €35 dollar complimentary voucher to use in bar/restaurant or for other facilities. However, after using this in the bar/restaurant we were informed we wld have to claim this at reception against our bill. When we paid the bill this was NOT deducted. On ensuring why? we were informed it would take a few days to come off bill. It is now 18th and no refund has been received. It’s just a CON

Marriott is in an excellent location, central to everything. The view was amazing overlooking the bay, seaport and more.

The property was excellent . Nothing to dislike however I believe the beddings can be more comfortable and plush. The summer blanket appears to be washed to many times causing the filling to clump! Managers/ supervisors in charge of housekeeping should pay more attention to the comfort of the bedding including the pillows. The only other recommendation is the pull out bed is not very comfortable because you can feel the aping through the mattress.

The property was beautiful. My room was one with a balcony overlooking the city and the harbor, the views were amazing and the weather was perfect.

I didn’t have any I didn’t like but if I had to choose it would be the closing of the pool, but that was made up by using the Hilton’s. Pool and jacuzzi.

The front desk concierge found us the perfect room that looked right at the port. We were going on a cruise the next day so we could see all the ships. Room was beautiful and the view was amazing. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. The food was delicious in the restaurant as well. Everyone was very nice.

The little shop where you could buy things like juice,coffee,gum etc. I wanted to buy a box of stomach medicine and the small box of 6 pills was 25.00. Thats really ridiculous. So I didn't get it.

First, the view was amazing! It was the best hotel I ever stayed in Miami. I always stay in south beach but never downtown. For now on, I will stay downtown Miami every time I visit. The location was great, I can walk to everything. While I stayed we had access to the pool and hot tub next door. Simply amazing. Absolutely love the hot tubs. The pool was great as well. The view at night was breath taking. The lights from the building was very beautiful. If I can afford it again, I will definitely stay here again.

The only thing about the room I didn't like was that the door didn't go down to the floor. There was a small opening on the bottom of the floor that you can see and hear inside the room. . So I wouldn't recommend active couples to stay there. You will be heard and maybe seen., Unless they provide private rooms. I thought all rooms should be private.

Very clean, very hospitable. Would go back in a heart beat. Just do not like the prices. I had. Surgery at the University of Miami and very close to the center. Lifetime Platinum, I had special privileges to the lounge which was very helpful. Thy grave me a late checkout that was very much appreciated.

I do not care for the room service menu and delivery. It comes in a box like UBER Eats. The menu could be more diverse and the prices were a bit higher than I would expect for the items.

I booked a king room for 2 nights, one before and after my cruise. I came in on Labor Day and the hotel was extremely busy but the staff remained very professional and patient. All of the front desk staff were nice and accomodating to me Ms. Lilly and I think Mrs. Marjorie were really sweet. The view from my room on both reservations overlooked the marina at the bay! The views were amazing! I even enjoyed the shops downstairs too.

There wasn't anything that I did not like. I came in on a busy weekend so I sort of suspected the lobby would be busy and the elevators delayed a bit.

The property was very nice and very luxurious. I felt very pampered just walking in. There were people to help you get out of the car. They helped you with luggage,they opened doors. Check-in was very easy. The establishment was very clean and very professional. It is all that I would expect high-quality should be. Balcony had a great view of the city! There were a lot of things within walking distance, so I suggest you check it out before you pay for an Uber/Lyft. It is expensive.

I would like more dining options available. I am plant-based and they only had one or two items and they weren’t very good.

Being from the other side of the world, it wasn’t really clear what the $25 destination fee was! If it had been explained better we probably would have utilised it. We didn’t find the staff friendly in the hotel with the exception of one of the front door staff who was super helpful when we required assistance

The location, cleanliness and relaxation

The fact that the pool was closed throughout the whole stay, and we had to use a neighboring property for pool time. Then the fact that I stayed there for 7 nights to celebrate my bday and the day of my bday they didn’t recognize it, despite prior to my arrival I emailed them twice about me being there for my bday and if they can help celebrate with either a bottle of wine or fruits, but what I got “nothing”, other hotels does it even the cruise ships does, especially if you inform them, I know because I experienced that before. “Really Marriott 7 nights, wow!”
