Where do I begin?? Maybe the aromatherapy s ent that fills the air in and around the premises.. or the amazing staff all around the hotel?? What a beautiful place.. I chose to stay here with my husband and our son . It seemed like the best place to come and celebrate our son's first bday..and wow what a great choice. Strangely enough, we were not the only family there celebrating a 1st bday for a baby. I LOVED everything about this place.. It is super family friendly, the food is fresh and plenty options.. Mr Peter by the omelet stand is amazing- best omelets ever. The pla e is clean and so inviting.. it smells like heaven on earth.. I seriously miss the smell..lol We had our meals there everyday.. Breakfast is plenty options- buffet style or personal order. The meal space is right by the pool.. the views are stunning..greenery everywhere.. I loved the small details in everything, even the name badges for the staff has their home countries.. I could go on forever .. they treat you like you deserve.. it's a beautiful hotel.. you just walk right out to the beach.. where they have plenty chairs and umbrellas..and fruit flavored water. We loved it and cannot wait to go back.

I hate to even have to mention this.. Butttt.. the aggressive birds during meal time outside where a bit much after the second day. The iguanas were also a bit much cos they would just pop out of nowhere or drop from the trees..which was scary. Also the housekeeping was slow.. I left the room almost noon.. i went to request for it.. they got to the room shortly after 4pm.. i had to have my son nap by the pool... they didn't do a good job..just made the bed and replaced coffee mugs.. the room wasn't vacuumed or tidied up in anyways..so much so that the pillows were not all in the bed. Menu is limited.. especially room service. after the 2rd day you are over it.

Room is nice, view as well. Very clean and spacious. Room is prepared twice a day. Very quiet hotel. If you are looking for calm and quiet environment it is the place. If you want more music and lively atmosphere you should book somewhere else...

Parking expensive, but I guess its the area. Check in is after 4pm. So arrived to the beach at 5pm. Had to wait and call 3 times a waiter to come for drinks. Got to move at 5.55pm because their private beach closes at 6pm. They should allow guests at least until sunset! Also did not allow to seat on a chair at 8.50am ( opens at 9am) and to stay on the beach even if we were from the hotel. Rude personal overall. Swimming pool with lots of children/families but personal very nice. The beach area has rocks in front so not the nicest of Miami Beach.

Beautiful hotel in stunning location. Restaurant excellent for breakfast, lunch & dinner! Beach beautiful, beach chairs with pleasant distancing. Staff very, very friendly. Relaxed-elegant atmosphere.

Bathroom/restroom small and not very luxurious and not super clean; swing doors not super practical.

The hotel provides two chairs and an umbrella on the beach. Staff were also available out there to take orders and deliver food and drinks which was great.

Restaurant food needs quite a bit of improvement. The waiter we had one evening was a bit careless and casual about it. We got burned fries. Mistakes in our order. Breakfast was also not very nice. The orange juice did not taste great. Average coffee. I feel this a great hotel let down by the restaurant. The Tikki bar is nice and the staff professional. As a suggestion they should allow to serve hot dogs for adults not just for the kid’s menu . Also, bear in mind that they sometimes charge a premium fee in high season Very similar fee of the five starts hotels nearby that btw serve excellent food. I really hope they listen to this feedback. The Palms is unique and very lovely but let down by this very important detail.

The hotel is one on the only non-party hotels in the beach, or at least - it was when we went. No music, family-friendly and super courteous staff. I didn’t come across a single rude staff member - they’re all amazing. Food wise: it’s worth getting breakfast included as the buffet is amazing - you’ll easily surpass the cost by ordering off the menu. The pool is warm, but not too warm. The beach private and well attended. The gym is small but has everything you need and the food is delicious. I also appreciate that they’re genuinely trying to be eco, many hotels say they are but aren’t. The Palms really does seem to be, they’re thoughtful in their approach. We stayed here for a week in March and are already looking to book Christmas. My final recommendation: I hated coming to Miami until I found the Palms. You can’t get better than that.

Property was lovely. Great location. Pool and beach area were fantastic. Staff were super friendly and super helpful for a first time family in Miami. Couldn’t rate this hotel and team highly enough. Made it the best trip ever. Thank you.

Everything was wonderful. Pool was clean. Excellent staff - my favorites were Dennis at front desk and Kerlin at towel stand. Property is clean and very well furnished. Loved the while towel covers for the pool and beach loungers. Honesty one of the best hotels we have been at.

The only thing I struggled with was the size of the beds in the rooms. The mattress and pillows were amazing quality but please work on larger sizes mattresses. It was so hard to sleep on a double as opposed to most other hotels offering Queen size. I also requested additional hangers and ice twice via the portal on the TV but never received it.

The hotel is perfectly located by the beach and close to commodities at walking distance. Thanks to its size, the hotel is cozy, very comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a solo traveler like me or family with children. The room, gym and above all the pool area and garden are wonderful. The cherry on the cake is the direct access to the beach, with lounge chairs available to the hotel guests. I will stay again in this hotel for a relaxing vacay. I would recommend to book a room with the breakfast buffet included. I didn’t, and went out a couple of times to get breakfast. But in the end, I didn’t make any savings and the hotel buffet is fantastic.

They were absolutely exceptional with our daughter, showing not only great professionalism but also genuine affection, which touched us deeply.
