Property was great modern fresh

I wasn’t told I would have to pay $30 for parking my car until I arrived I would have picked another hotel had I know.

The hotel is very nice, obviously refurbished from an older building and that shows in the rooms, but generally clean and comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful, the breakfast was good (cost extra). Amazing price for the quality and location, just a couple minutes from Disney World.

The room we were in had some issues with the faucets of the sink and shower, they were obviously old and need to be replaced. The ceiling had some lines in it from where a leak probably occurred at some point. The carpet could use some love, it looks dirty and beat up in the room and halls. However, I had no issues with overall cleanliness, and the beds seem newer and clean. For the price it’s better than I expected.

During our stay at the hotel, we found the staff to be incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for our visit. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, situated near popular attractions and public transportation options.

There were absolutely no negative aspects to our stay; everything exceeded our expectations and left us thoroughly impressed. From the impeccable service to the pristine amenities, our experience was flawless from start to finish.

Nice staff, good to have a free breakfast, decent pool.

Room was quite dark in appearance (could do with redecoration in a lighter more appealing colour palette) and the lighting in the room was overall quite dim in the evening. Also, little things like the room's smoke detector and air conditioning controls should be monitored and batteries replaced more closely- I shouldn't have to ask maintenance to have them changed if they aren't working.

It is a nice environment very quiet, but very disturbing hearing a dog barking while sleeping. I always don't want to stay at a Pet Friendly hotel. Place is exceptional clean but my toilet was so close to the shower makes it uncomfortable. Hobetta our server is very nice,she always shows great professionalism in her service.

Breakfast is really good but could add more variety to choose from on the buffet than the same menu every morning. In my room those air conditioning so moisy,I had to turn it off to.have a comfortable sleep.

This is a great hotel & I will definitely come back the next time I’m in Orlando. It was close to Disney springs & convention center. The staff was absolutely amazing & the hotel was very nice & clean.

The only thing I would I didn’t like was the shower pressure but honesty I have never been to any hotel that has had good pressure. The shower was big & spacious though.

Brekfast was good, but expensive. For the rate paid for the room, it could have been included like most restaurants are these days.

I was there for a course and the staff had a hard time keeping and maintaining the Women's bathroom. I had to ask for toilet paper to be replenished 2-3 times in just over two days I was there.

The facilities were impressive, with spacious and clean rooms, excellent amenities, and a convenient location. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality from the friendly and accommodating staff. From check-in to dining, their dedication to service made my stay memorable. It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I like the friendly and accommodating staff especially Oskar who was patient enough to deal with our situation regarding the bill.

We thought we’re having a free breakfast. I hope that you’ll include the breakfast on the rate per night for the stay to be more convenient. Other than that, everything is fine.
