I liked how spacious the villas were. The villas had everything you might need.

The villa had a lot of wild animal visits, especially at night. There needs to be a fence around the villas . Kids were scared.

The rooms are very spacious and have everything that you need. (Can only comment on the two bedroom units.) They supply you with everything you need: soaps, shampoos, dish washing pellets, laundry detergent etc. The property is also close to a convenience store down the road. The resprt is also close to Disney World. The amenities around the resort is excellent. There are plenty of wimming pools and alsi braai facilities. Reception is very helpful.

The housekeeping is done very superficially. For example, they could move the beds around and clean better behind them (we found a used earbud creaming from under the bed.) People tend to reserve sunbeds at the swimmming pool and never come, making it difficult to find a place to sit/lie. The resort is large, and has one reception. During peak times, check in can take very long!

The layout and resort was beautiful. Most of the staff was very friendly. Close to attractions we wanted to visit.

Being told we could cancel our tour we felt pressured to sign up for. Not being able to reach anyone on the phone when trying to cancel due to a sick child so driving up to the reservation area after being on hold for 45 minutes only to be told we were being charged 50 dollars for canceling and the rudest female manager I've ever met basically calling us a liar and saying to bad. That is why we won't be back.

Whole resort is huge - you need a car or shuttle bus to reach other part of the resort. Lazy river is very nice, but sometimes full of guests. People working at reception desk are very kind and helpful. Our 2 bedroom Villa was huge, well decorated and nicely equipped. Beds were very comfortable.

Unfortunately there is no cleaning service no matter how long you stay (we stayed for 10 days). Pay attention if you book the breakfast on booking.com. No matter for how many people you book breakfast only 2 persons will get the breakfast included in the price while all the others will have to pay for it. Booking.com offered us to reiburse the costs for 2 remaining guests and it was very kind of them.

We stayed on the river side (side with lazy river) and it was perfect for our family. The condo was spacious and the outdoor amenities were great. The condo has a full kitchen with washer and dryer which is nice. You will never have to ask for laundry soap, toilet paper, or trash bags as a cart is available on each hall. In addition, the location to Disney, shopping, and restaurants is awesome. Everything is within a short drive that you could possibly need including Publix, Target, and lots of dining options. We even found an arcade across the street with unlimited play on select nights for a very reasonable price. There is a retail store for shopping, coffee shop/ice cream, and restaurant right on the premise. Not to mention, pools, waterslides, children activities, hammocks, putt putt, and an AWESOME LAZY RIVER! The atmosphere is chill and very relaxing.

The hot tub was really a bit too hot that week. However, we still enjoyed every minute. lol. There is a charge for tubes rental daily but there are packages you can purchase. Parking at night can get full and you may have to walk a bit but it is lit well and we always found a spot even late at night after a day at the parks. You will get wet in the lazy river! (there are numerous water features).

Liked the price to have two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, washer and dryer close to Disney. Allowed for us to buy our food and snacks and save while at Disney. Was clean and quiet.

This property worked for my family. Because we were perfectly okay doing everything on our own. This property isn’t for you if you’re looking for cleaning services clean towels everyday while you stay. I’m sure you could request but we threw out our own trash, cleaned our towels and cleaned dishes. If you’re looking for a place like home and close to parks this is it.

The property was nice clean and family oriented. Everyone was nice and kind from the moment we checked in. The pool area and restaurants at the pool side were good. BREEZE in particular food is AMAZING!!

When we first arrived we were booked on the North villa and was very outdated. When we notified the office of the things that needed to be changed and or the issue we had with the room such as shower heads, smoky smells in room and minor dust they immediately sent someone out to check on us and to move us to another room.

The place is big we stayed in a two bedroom villa quiet clean well kept property. Lots onsite to do and places to eat. The property was great, beds that are comfortable, spacious rooms, pools weren't overcrowded either.

The arcade and pools are promptly shut down at 10pm along with restaurants which was a big downside. On another note nothing is really open till 10am and with people heading to parks etc. early breakfasts or necessities, things should be opened a tad bit earlier.

This is the eighth time I have stayed here. No, I'm not an owner ," time share." I love the multi bedroom design, the full kitchen, washer and dryer. I love that it's a home away from home. I have the choice to go out to any of the local parks or attractions within a 30-minute drive. I love that I have the choice to cook because there is publix right out the side gate, order in from their many restaurants, or go out and have dinner. My kids from 17 to 7 love coming here.

Hmmm. No complaints come to mind outside of 13 dollars for a very small glass of wine. But the price we pay for fun🤣

The 2 bedrooms villas were spacious, clean, comfortable and furnished nicely. Upon arrival, our air conditioner unit was not working. Within 15 minutes, front desk had someone out who replaced a part of the AC and had it up and working quickly. Kids enjoyed swimming at the pools and lazy river. Many restaurants on site to choose from. Large parking lots everywhere so didn’t have any issues with parking. The arcade was massive and tons of fun.

I would have liked for fresh pool towels to be available down at the pool with a used towel bin instead of having to take towels down to the pool and bring back wet towels.
