The breakfast all I can say, is I like the store-bought muffins they were soft and fresh The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Employees were very nice and helpful.

Sorry to say the breakfast has some work to be done. I’m sure it Hass to do with the person the scrambled eggs were not cooked all the way and we’re slimy. The sausage was so hard and overcooked couldn’t chew it. Rolls were hard as a rock very the best part of it was the store-bought muffins and soft I’m sure I’m not the first one to comment on the breakfast area but someone there should take a serious look at this Been there several times in the past, but never had breakfast. I would’ve rather went to McDonald’s. But besides that everything in the hotel was excellent that’s what keeps me coming back.

Friendly stuff, clean room when entrance first time, safe inside the hotel, varied breakfast daily

Slow service, for example I hang the cleaning request card on the door from outside and left the room at early morning when I got back, the room was not clean. Second day, I call the housekeeping and they promised to clean my room+ I hung on the cleaning card on the door, but when I got back at evening I found my room was not cleaned. Third time I talked with the reception face to face and they promised to ensure my room would be clean when I back, but also this day my room not cleaned. The day after which was last night for me, I did not ask for clean but when I came back my room I found it cleaned. Although it was cleaned, it was not fully cleaned. The bathroom cleaned greatly but the room not. Bed still not arranged, tables dirty and not wiped off, no new coffee cups.

We paid for the breakfast and were really impressed with the variety and the quality of the food, it was definitely worth the money. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, we couldn't fault any one of them. We ordered food from the bar and it was really lovely. We loved the location of the hotel too.

The coffee machine in our room was a bit temperamental, sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. We did also have to ask every day for refills - which were given without question, which was great, but it would have been nice for that to have already been done.

The room and bathroom were clean. The staff was very accommodating. You're in the heart of Old Town, and if Disney is not in your budget, the hotel has a great pool and playground area, and you are surrounded by great restaurants and entertainment. You won't even need a car. The breakfast is OK for what it is - scrambled eggs(probably from a box), bacon, sausage links, waffles, fresh fruits, yogurt, and more. I recommend booking it with your stay. It will sustain you for the morning and save you a few bucks. But what I liked the most was not hearing my neighbors. You can hear them in the hallway but not inside your bedrooms.

The water pressure was minimal. It's hard to shower well and/or wash long hair. The AC Unit was loud and emitted some weird, concerning noises, but we were so tired that to us, it ended up as white noise. Maybe that's why we couldn't hear our neighbors (thank goodness!) The back building was scary. I am glad we didn't have to stay there. Their rooms were extremely outdated, the people in the back parking lot were as strange as they got, and I'd assume it's due to its affordability, which is why we were also there. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel, just make sure you know which building you're booking, it makes a huge difference.

We used booking.com to secure our reservation. This hotel is centrally located. If you're going to Disney, Universal, visiting family, or going to the Mecum Auto Auction, as we were, it's a solid choice. The lobby was bustling when we arrived on a Friday night about 10 pm. The room on the second floor was as quiet as could be. The room is slightly dated. They still have carpet in the room. Alot of updated hotels have moved to LVP flooring. Our room had two queen beds. The room has all the amenities one would need, including small refrigerator, microwave oven, keurig coffee machine with coffee and tea pods, hairdryer, and dispensers at sink and in bathtub with Dove products. The bathroom was spacious, but there isn't a separate toilet and shower area from the vanity. The room appeared to be clean and orderly. There was a small balcony with two chairs, although we didn't go outside. It overlooked the parking area in the rear of the property and it was raining. The hotel offered a very nice large pool and a small workout room, neither of which we had time for because we were headed to the Mecum auction for the day. As far as proximity to the auction, there was still about a 1/2 hour drive to get there using toll roads, but probably would have been longer if we had used 192 with lights at major intersections. The hotel has a very nice breakfast buffet with lots of options, including make your own yogurt parfait, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, two kinds of sausage, bacon, pancakes, grits, oatmeal, several cereals, several danish and croissant options, toast and bagels, as well as coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and juice. As of January 2025, the price was $16.99, but due to the room/rate we stayed in, breakfast was included. Saved us time getting to the auction. Although we didn't make use of the Disney parks, this is designated as a Good Neighbor hotel and has shuttle service to the theme parks. That may be of use to some.

The air conditioning unit underneath the window was loud. We just had to turn it off to sleep.

Exceptional staff from all departments at the hotel & one of the best experiences I have ever encountered at a hotel. We evacuated from the west coast of Florida prior to Hurricane Milton’s landfall to stay 3 nights at the hotel. Our room, the food & the hotel facilities were all outstanding. The staff was especially exceptional in meeting guest needs prior to, during & after the storm - they provided pleasant, stellar guest service, under very demanding, challenging conditions with a full hotel & working very long hours. I was very impressed with every staff member I interacted with during our stay at the hotel. I will not hesitate to stay again at your hotel & plan to refer anyone I know visiting the Orlando area! Thank you for providing a very warm & welcoming, safe environment during a very stressful time.

There was nothing I didn’t like with my 3 night stay at the hotel.

It’s just a little out dated but other than that’s 10/10

There was everything included in the room, the fridge, microwave which was extremely clean and the television. I just didn’t know if they had an ice machine and we needed ice lol but I also never asked which probably didn’t help . The area had absolutely everything near it. A movie theater isn’t far either if you want to consider doing that. Across the street was a mini market that reminded me of a New York City Bodega that had everything, tooth brushes, deodorant, food, drinks you name it

really, everything was very nice for the price. the pool and hot tub were nice and clean, the room was comfortable, the bathrooms were a good size and clean as well. the TV was large and had a good selection of things to watch. the staff was really nice and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were having a good stay. the laundry facility was reasonably priced and very convenient (nobody wants to haul soaked things from the pool in their luggage) - be sure to clean the lint trap though. we could see fireworks from our room which was a nice surprise. overall I'm planning on staying there again next time I'm in Orlando

I loved the shuttles, but I didn't really like that they only picked up and dropped off once per day per park. I think it would be better to have been able to choose both pick up and drop off park. but we were grateful to have a shuttle for 3 of the 4 rides for sure

The staff was very friendly. The first room we got was great except the balcony door wouldn't open. They very graciously put us in another room that was way better than the first because the balcony was a lot bigger. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, too. We loved how close we were to different attractions. Everything was in walking distance.

Even though our second room was better, the carpets were wet. The room was freezing when we walked in, so we thought the carpet was just cold, but it turned out the carpets were wet. Also, the shower was very slow to drain.

The Location is great. The bed was amazingly comfortable. I love the option of a balcony to enjoy the nighttime air. Front Desk Attentants were so friendly and helpful. I called from my room for a razor and toothpaste and they brought it to me within 10 min. And everyone smiled and was polite.

They should have emptied out the trash bins in the lobby. They were overflowing at 9am when i was leaving and wanted to put something in the trash.
