Location was excellent. Breakfast was okay but lacked variety. Food served was more like hostel type with use of disposable plates and cutlery. stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, very cosy and comfortable. Amenities available in the room were good more so as they add the kind of accommodation i needed which was a 2 bed room apartment with kitchen that most hotels around didn't have.

was totally dissatisfied with the cleaning. room notice said every 3 days however they were not regular and even when i requested for the room to be cleaned they wouldn't vacuum. i had to keep a broom in my room permanently to sweep myself. the manager Amen was very nice and did his best to ensure all was well but i guess u cant guarantee what your staff would do when u are not there. they do not clean the rooms properly.

The room was fantastic, we were also upgraded by the staff which was a very nice surprised. The personnel was vary nice and helpful.

For minuses I would count not so clean water in the jackuzzi as well as the general feeling of how clean the place is, like corridors for example. The room was perfect, nothing bad to say about it but out of the room the feeling was not so great. Also - it's great you offer the breakfast but it is the first time in my life when I ate in a hotel out of the plastic plates. Not to mention that it's just not nice it is simply WRONG. The amount of plastic you produce just from one breakfast is giganteas. It's a shame for the hotel.

Our stay at the Residence Inn in Orlando was absolutely perfect for our family! From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, professional, and welcoming. The suite was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with a kitchen — which made it so easy to prepare meals for the kids and feel at home. The complimentary breakfast had great variety and was a big hit with everyone. The outdoor pool area was a highlight — clean, relaxing, and perfect for a break after the parks. The hotel’s location was excellent,

Breakfast was excellent. A large variety of food. The mikey mouse waffles were great.

The lobby Staff could've been more friendly. I asked info on transportation to Disney, and no much info was provided.

Very nice location for enjoying Orlando Universal Studios and Disney World. The offered shuttle service worked quite well and is very comfortable. The personal was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast service provided was good for American breakfast.

The room was a little small for 5 people and kitchen equipment not sufficient for 5 people.

I always booked with Marriott brands specially Residence inn because it has a fully functioning kitchen suitable for group vacations. The rooms were clean. It was a busy week during Memorial weekend. Plenty of breakfast options: bagels, bread, eggs, sausages, waffle etc.

When we checked in at 10pm, pillows didnt have pillow cases, no towels, face cloth and rags in the 2 bathrooms. They must have forgotten to replace it.

Ice machine didn't work in room. Safe's battery was dead so needed to have fixed. Pool and hot tub water was dirty (leaves and cigarette butts). Exposed elevator button plate.

Our room was clean. The pool was perfect, we loved the outdoor grills, fire pit and games outside. Breakfast was always hot and delicious. While there isn’t a huge variety every day it was perfect for a continental breakfast and not having to stress about feeding my family first thing in the morning made it that much better! The staff were all friendly and accommodating.

The hallways are dated so because of that there was an odor and the elevators are very slow.

Breakfast was amazing. Very organized and staff was helpful.

An hour before check out, the housekeeping lady came into our room. We had the please come back sign on the door. That didn't not sit right with me. If check out is at a certain time; it's obvious that the customer knows that. We don't need housekeeping just coming in when I was getting my kids' dress and straighten the room.
