Parking onsite was large and secure. I was concerned that we were in a mall, but there was security present and cameras, overall I felt very safe. You needed a room key to get to the room for added security. The location was in the mall was very unique and it worked, the mall had a great variety of food and had the crayola experience for kids. It was also close to the airport and science museum.

There was some wear and tear in the room. The makeup mirror was pulling out of the wall. The shower pressure was also very hard. The area around the mall/hotel was not great, I wouldn’t walk around outside at night, but like I said, security was very present as well as staff and I felt very safe inside.

We really liked the location – being attached to the Florida Mall made it incredibly convenient for shopping, eating, and just having things nearby. The room was very spacious with a large, comfortable bed, and the air conditioning worked really well, which is essential in the Florida heat. Another big plus was the free parking, which was easy and hassle-free.

The main downside is that the hotel feels a little dated in places. While everything was clean and functional, the overall decor could use an update, especially the bathrooms, which were quite tired and in need of a refresh.

Everything!!!!! Clean, comfortable, beautiful, very secure, wonderful staff, pool, and hot tub open late was great! The lady at the front desk was so amazing, when she heard that the reason for the trip was that I was taking my husband to Colorado for his 50th birthday as a surprise, she gave us 2 free drink coupons, made the stay that much more special.

The random charge for $25 to my card that is still there a month later.....what the hell is that for??? Certainly, I took away from the entire experience, and the so-called free drinks make we wonder if the bar tender charged the 2 glasses of wine to our room even though we gave him the coupons.

The position of this hotel was perfect for us, everything we wanted was in the shopping centre. The transport system was so close and enabled us to get to where we wanted to go. Cab service was so quick, just had to ask the porter for a taxi and one was ordered within seconds. The staff at the counter always went above and beyond to help in any way they could. They were always so friendly. The breakfast was nice with a healthy option and the service was always very warm and welcoming. We loved the gym, the pool, hot tub, and cleanliness of this property.

The outside windows were a little dirty but as we were so high up I did wonder how they would be cleaned.

I liked that there was a designated seated smoking area right out front. I also liked having a Starbucks in the lobby. I also had a chance to meet Jeff the GM in the elevator it was nice to chat with him for a minute, and for him to say Thabk You for staying with us. Not enough properties, thank their guests.

I did not like that the breakfast restaurant buffet was almost $35.00 for very basic food. I also don't like that i wanted to have the nicest room at the property and was told that the suites they had were not available any longer. When I inquired further, the desk clerk just said we don't rent them any longer. That to me is absolutely ridiculous! Finally, there is no reason for the vinyl flooring in the room. This property is not near the ocean. Put some decent carpet in the rooms.

We simply love this hotel. It's like home away from.home and are already looking foward to.our next stay. Every one is friendly and helpfull. The rooms are clean and the beds are the best. We really feel safe and at home and the bonus: The Mall. Our heartfelt.thanks to all who again made our stay (nr 17) one to remember. Hope to see you soon.❤️

The front desk staff was great. The gentlemen who helped with carrying bags, parking, retrieving our car, getting us a hotel wheelchair -- they treated us like royaly.

An idea I have, and expressed to the front desk staff: Since you are limited with handicap accessible rooms, you COULD have in your inventory of helpful supplies things like: raised toilet devices toilet support devices (available at Rite-Aid, nothing fancy). Try to sit on a toilet and think about where handrails would be really helpful. Removeable steps into the tub and shower chairs to put into the tubs Tell prospective guests: "While we are all out of fully handicapped accessible rooms, we DO HAVE these assistive devices available from housekeeping."

I checked-in way earlier than my check-in hour, and expected to either leave my luggage and come back or pay early check-in. But I instantaneously got a room. The room was very clean, quiet and with a comfortable bed, too bad it was only for one night. Also, too bad I didn't have time for gym/pool. Receptionists were very friendly, and overall the location is in a mall - for better or worse ;)

I actually liked everything about this stay.

Great hotel, we were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was considering you are attached to one of the largest malls in Florida. We were right by the elevators but they have a sound barrier! Every hotel you should be using this design! Loved the security too, can't get to the rooms without a card key because your card key activates the elevator. The coffee in the room sucked. A brand name K-Cup please, especially for the price of this hotel. Loved how many restaurants were available right in the Mall so it made it very enjoyable to stay. We would stay again if we were going out of Sanford airport (which we were). Not very close to Disney it's half and hour away. But the location to the airport and downtown Orlando is great.

The floors in our room were sticky!! UGH! Made me feela little disgusted, but I have crocks and I wore them around the room. Need a top comforter but we found the fuzzy sheet in the closet to keep us warm. The coffee was terrible! For the pric eyou pay get some brand name K-Cups. Bed was okay not soft enough for me, but my husband was fine with it. The pillows were great for a hotel! Great bathroom and shower, good job on design!

The staff was absolutely amazing. I was moving from one state to another, and I was only sleeping there for the night to move on the next day. I arrived early 10 hours early, to be exact. The where very accommodating, as soon as my room was available, they got me right into it. The staff worked very hard to get their room up and ready for their new clients for the day. Thanks again. Your hotel was amazing.
