The property is definitely worthwhile. The pool is phenomenal and the children loved every thing about it! The condos are very comfortable and you have everything you need. Just don’t be fooled with the online pics. You are going to get a basic, condo with all the essentials, not an interior decorated unit with plants and cloth napkins.

Make sure both adult names are on the reservation. My husband and I arrived separately and they wouldn’t let him check in since his name wasn’t on the reservation. That was a major downer and inconvenience. Didn’t matter that it was my husband, and our surnames are the same. I had to call and have his name added to the reservation.

Liked the pool but there were never any chairs. Lots of empty ones all day with a towel thrown on them or chairs pushed up by a table but noone using them. Good water aerobics, but so crowded! Need more classes.

Do not let people save chairs by the pool Water cold in pool most of the time. Grill by Opspry never worked. It turned on but would not get hot. Kept reporting it; person checked, said it came on so it worked, and left TWICE But it never got hot enough to cook anything.

Wife and I have stayed prior on deals or spiffs to attend their time share pitch. It’s because of that offering we returned. Grounds are well kept, units are clean and ready for your stay with the basics. Main pool is a nice treat and although it’s west Broward County the easy access to interstates make it a breeze to get around and take in the sites as well as go to the places locals go.

No real downsides to the property, improvements can be made in terms of updating units as some are outdated.

Everything exceeded expectations; the resort is indeed a piece of paradise. The amenities inside the suite were fantastic, especially the kitchen utensils. The resort is very quiet, providing a sense of peace and tranquility. A huge shopping mall and a large public park are just a few minutes away by car. I would like to thank the receptionist, Paula, who was very kind and answered all my questions. Her explanation of the instructions and use of the facilities was excellent. Thank you, Paula. I definitely recommend it highly and will repeat the experience.

Location, amenities, easy access to building/facilities

I didn’t like that there’s no control on how many people guests are able to invite. During the weekend people that were not staying at the hotel came in big groups to visit their friends and played very loud music in the pool and they were eating inside the pool using glass cups, no one was controlling the situation.

Great facilities. Laid back - Lots of older, retiree's which was great for our family with small children. Get to the pool early to get a pool chair!

Crowded pool. People claim chairs early by leaving their stuff on a towel and then you never see them. It was a little frustrating to show up at 10am and have no where to sit. Especially with kids.

The pool and the cleanliness of the apartment/ grounds.The staff were nice, friendly and accommodating.

We were very disappointed about the shuttle being out of service as we did not have a car for the week. We had to use Uber to travel anywhere even for groceries.

The area is close to shopping, restaurants, gas station, pharmacy, Interstate.

Check out is earlier than most hotels, 10 a.m. There's no drinks available pool side, other than non-alcoholic smoothies.

Always like vacation village locations

Toilet didn’t flush properly, shower didn’t drain properly,we had to do laundry in a different section and also pay for it,compared to Vacation village in Kissimmee you have the washer,dry in your room free.
