Great staff! The showers were incredible because the water temperature was properly regulated. It was a full force nice warm shower. It is an added plus to have breakfast and coffee in the morning. It saves on your total expenditures. There is always something there for someone to eat even picky eaters like me! Love the fresh bake muffins. When I lived in Chicago, I worked in Itasca and would come to the Addison area and have a lot of luncheons there and I love the area as very quaint very nice. So if you’re looking for a great location, which is also assessable to 355 You picked a great place.

Pretty much loved it and it will be my next go to for my Return trip to Illinois.

Definitely the breakfast was the topic of our conversation. Unfortunately, I'm not happy about the lack of communication between Booking.com and the hotel. I paid to Booking.com the full price of my reservation, what a surprise that at my check out the hotel charged me as well. Now, I need to follow up with the hotel manager to get my money back. You will think if you paid it in full to one source why the hotel where not informed or paid in advance. Bad job on Booking.com agency.

Unable to find Booking.com phone number to follow up about the second charge of the reservation from the hotel. As per front desk agent, I need to call Booking.com and the hotel manager to get my money back. What a hassle I have to go through to fix their mistake.

We wished there was mire outdoor space to sit outside. Tourist from out of state are fascinated watching planes landing and taking off at one of the largest airports in America. We had to sit in our vehicle because no benches were available. Otherwise, for a 4 night stay, we had an awesome experience with the hotel

The front office staff on duty were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety and, extended time that allowed me to sleep in. I lived it.Hilton branded hotel

That in this century, I couldn't work with my laptop because a Hilton-branded hotel says the WiFi is for hand-helds. I mean, what is that? It ruined my stay.

Excellent location in a great city. Plenty to do even without a car. Many great restaurants, park, & movie theater within walking distance. The staff were amazing. A great place for a business meeting.

Everything was great but if there was one thing that bothered me it was the small amount of black mold by the bathtub caulking. There is a great product that gets rid of black mold called “Mold Armor” distributed by W.M. Barr & Co., Inc.

Breakfast was great. Had many items for our children to select from. .... Your location was also great for people that are just passing through. Easy off and on the expressway.

Room was a little tight for 4 people.

The front desk guy Brady was super friendly even at midnight. The bed was comfy. The shower was refreshing. The room was roomy. I walked at the track at the park and even ate my breakfast out there one morning. The breakfast was delicious.

The pullout couch was very saggy and uncomfortable, and the location is a bit out of the way for our airport layover, but the price even with an Uber was worth it.

Not crowded. Bed and room were clean. Cleaning personal in the morning were lovely. Like that check out is at noon. Unlike many other hotels that are at 10 or 11. Beds were comfortable and smelled like bleach...in the best way!!! Didn't have a weird duvet cover that is always questionable in most hotels. Will definitely stay again.

Wish breakfast lasted a little longer.

Good breakfast, didn't have to interact with anyone thanks to room access using digital key, free parking available, good location if you're looking to visit or be around Addison, Glen Ellyn, Bloomingdale.
