From walking in and checking in to leaving and checking out. The room was very clean and quiet. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and decorated very nicely. The pool and hot tub were very clean and rather spacious. They provided adequate towels and everything smelled very clean, the sheets, towels, and room. The breakfast spread was phenomenal and delicious.

Although the pool and hot tub were nice, in the evening it was filled with a lot of children and the room echoed with their screams and yells of laughter and joy making it slightly difficult to relax. Also, the hot tub the next morning was not very hot but I did witness it just being cleaned so that delighted me. The bedroom walls were bare which I found a little distasteful, some sort of decor would be nice.The microwave in the room didn't work the best but other than that everything was very nice.

The staff was very willing to help. I asked for directions for my trip continuation, and the staff took the time to explain every single detail of what transportation I should take. The gentleman even realized that with my mother it was going to be challenging to take the metro and guided me on what I should do, suggesting taking an Uber to the train station. He even contacted a taxi to ask about the cost of a single ride, just so I would have a reference. Besides that, the breakfast was really good with a variety of options. I enjoyed the scrambled eggs and the pancakes.

I was asked to swap a credit card in their machine. I had already paid for the trip and assumed I wouldn't need to use a credit card. Knowing that a credit card would be required during admission would be great.

The staff was fantastic, they treated me and my three kids so wonderfully. The mid/late shift gentleman was very kind and chatted with us about each day’s adventure. (Stayed the week) Breakfast every morning was something to look forward to before starting our day. My kids loved the pool, as well as myself after a long day. The rooms were clean, good sized and the beds were so nice to sink into after a long adventurous day! If/when I visit Chicago again, I will 100% choose this location for my stay!

Water pressure wasn’t fantastic, but honestly that didn’t even bother me that much. Everything was fantastic during our stay.

The location was exceptional, but what I really liked was how warm the people and the hotel are. Also, their breakfast was delicious. The staff pays a lot of attention to the guests, and always asked if I needed anything. The hotel atmosphere is comfy since it is a smaller hotel, but it has everything you might need.

The carpet on the room had big stains, but everything else was clean.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and profesional , we were checked in quick and easy, and I'd like to give kudos to the breakfast server maria whom was awesome , she was very attentive and profesional and always made sure people had everything they needed including the food .I highly recommend this hotel ..

A great value and excellent breakfast and wonderful staff.

When we arrived, we found that the circulation fan was broken so only the bedroom would cool but the separate living area with a pullout couch was not getting any cool air. Since it was a weekend, maintenance could not repair it. The staff let us use two box fans to help with the situation.

The room is pretty comfy and spacious, and the staff were really great and helpful, we used the airport shuttle to get the blue line every day with no problem 🙂

The breakfast could have more options like bacon, and on the first day they didn't cleaned the room, just changed the towels and the garbage.

loved the location! they had a nice smoking area and it was very quiet and peaceful at night. they had a patio by the pool with grills we discovered the last day we were there but now we know for next time. The rooms were decent and clean!!

The bed was uncomfortable as it was really hard for me.. the hot tub wasn’t very full so the jets were splashing all over and it was only like warm… could be much hotter and was yellowish water like kids had been peeing in it..

Clean room, pretty good hot breakfast, good price.

Shower wasn't very good, the head needed to be replaced, low water pressure. The noise from planes taking off in the front rooms can be loud, I would request a room in the back of the hotel, might be better.

Timely transportation to and from the airport, some breakfast items available, even at 4 am.

Breakfast items were dry/stale. We were fortunate to catch the shuttle from the airport, right at time but others weren't - guessing they had an hour wait.
