I really liked the comfort and cleanliness of the room, which were impeccable. The convenience of having a mini-market at the reception and a Starbucks store was a great plus. The breakfast was delicious and offered a lot of variety. The service provided by the reception staff was exceptional. Additionally, the hotel is located near a CTA Train station, which made it very easy to get around and visit Chicago's tourist attractions.

I didn’t like the temperature of the shower water, as it was sometimes not warm enough, especially considering that my trip took place during the winter.

Housekeeping was available daily, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It also had nice amenities. A few weeks prior to staying at the Hampton, I booked a 4-star hotel in downtown Chicago; that room was not nearly as nice as this one, seriously. One particular staff member went far above and beyond to accommodate us due to a situation that arose.

The only complaint I have is that the ice bucket in the room was disgusting. I didn't mention it to staff because it was such a minor issue.

The location was beautiful and breakfast was delicious. The two ladies at the front desk were phenomenal! They were extremely helpful and very polite and friendly. They are both tremendous assets to this facility. I wish I had gotten their names. Our key card accidentally got deactivated due to being near our cell phone, and this issue was handled right away. I was traveling with my children and we ran out of towels. We had more towels delivered to our room within 5 minutes of me making it back to my room from the front desk. While I was at the desk waiting to ask for more towels, there were two ladies in front of me who must have been having an issue with their room. The woman at the front desk was so kind and patient, and made sure everything for this person was taken care of. These two ladies need a raise! To work with the public in their capacity and have such wonderful attitudes is a rarity. The only thing I can tell you is they were both Black women and one had long black hair and the other had kind of an auburn colored hair. Both were phenomenal, so much so that my daughter wanted me to be friends with them because they were so sweet. The view of the city was amazing! Our room was extremely comfortable and everything worked the way it’s supposed to. The pool was very clean. Not one complaint! Loved our stay and will definitely return the next time we are in Chicago!

Staff was amazing, breakfast was very good, bed comfortable, location super convenient for our convention, nearby restaurants were good. Pool was nice.

Snack kiosk was out of stock/ out of order. Would have appreciated vending machines on the floors. Tapping key in elevator was awkward. Place scanner higher up and on both sides. Microwave in room would be a plus.

Great breakfast, location is in walking distance to soldier field and Chinatown. Lots of public transportation. Valet parking was a great value, can take your car out up to 3 times and don’t have to pay again until after 4 pm the next day. If staying multiple nights the fee is less

It’s 3 hotels in one building, so that was a little confusing when I first got there. Same guest service desk for all 3 hotels.

Top tier customer service. Coming from someone in a service industry, the staff exceeded my expectations.

Pillow cases felt like paper. However, the staff took care of that quickly for us. The locationi am sure can't do anything about having three hotels combined, but I didn't care for the higer/ OR lower tier feeling being split up.not really sure what there is to gain from this.

We were there for a trade show at McCormick Place. The hotel was ideally positioned with a 'sky bridge' to the show. The hotel was clean, comfortable and we had a high floor with a good view. The room was spacious and well maintained and the WiFi good. Breakfast was ok -pretty standard but good. It was also very good value for money.

The last nite which was a Saturday, we returned to our room and all along the hallway outside of rooms was dirty bedding, towels and trash bags. They were still there when we left Sunday morning. It was a very bad look.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was very nice, very clean, the beds were awesome!! And they cleaned our room every single day, changing towels and everything. The green line station is two blocks away from the hotel, so that was a plus. Also you got the convention centre connecting through a bridge. There were no many options for breakfast, but it was ok. Facilities like the pool and gym great! And Mario at front desk was the best, he gave us recommendations on where to go, what to eat, so nice of him.

Safety you can’t enter any floor without a guest card, nice room, great view, convenient to walk to restaurants, great breakfast beds were comfortable

Frustrating about trying to park our Ford 3500 they couldn’t do it there and NO-ONE could tell us where to take our dog to potty we had to find it ourselves I explained this to Shawne and he was upset with staff

Convenient location. It is connected to the McCormick Convention Center, Chinatown for the food and close enough to Michigan Av. It also has a laundromat and breakfast spread was decent

Could have provided more complimentary drinks and snacks daily for the price we paid for the rooms.
