I love how close it was to a CTA line, it made getting around the city easier. I love how friendly and welcoming the staff was, as well. They took care of us and I love how safe the hotel made us feel! The room was absolutely amazing, it had a little kitchen which was perfect, a little couch inside the room as well which was nice to be able to sit on that to watch TV instead of a bed. The bed was absolutely comfy, though. It felt like laying on a cloud. The bathroom was spacious and so clean, it was nice! The water pressure was perfect, too! Overall, it was an amazing hotel in my opinion, and I will definitely stay there again in the future!

Facilities, accommodation and staff were top notch. The staff are well-trained and very welcoming. I would call it the “Working Man’s Four Seasons” for that reason. The kitchenette was very handy. It was fully kitted out with glasses, silverware and plates. Pool area was exceptionally clean, if not a tad on the small side. A gripe at other hotels has been poor quality pool towels the size of a hand towel. Not here….generously sized and soft. Breakfast area was impeccably clean and overseen by a friendly hostess. Good selection as well. Would not hesitate recommending or staying here again.

While I believe there may have been a rooftop bar, wasn’t told by the front desk if it was open. An on-site restaurant and bar would have been a nice addition since the area doesn’t have much to offer.

The location, staff and rooms I booked two rooms. One for me and one for my nephew Location: was excellent and close to AACC conference in McCormick place Staff: The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. There was one gentleman in particular — unfortunately, I don’t remember his name — who was especially kind and very helpful. Room: The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with kitchen essentials such as a microwave, plates, and cups and other equipment.

The gentleman at the front desk with glasses was so sweet and really helped us decide what to do locally before we went to the aquarium. He was always very nice and friendly. The hotel was very clean and it was a pleasant experience

The water took forever to get hot and when it did get too hot it took forever to get cooled down, which isn’t great with kids. The parking also costed us an extra $120 due to having to use the public parking as the hotel does not have parking

We stayed at the Home2Suites for a family trip while my husband attended a conference at a hotel down the street. We loved that there was a pool for the kids and a great free breakfast every morning. The rooms were spacious and fit our whole family. This location was just two blocks from the green line CTA train, which made traveling around the city a breeze.

I wished we were closer to better restaurants. It was hard to find great food that was close by after a long day of exploring. The kids would have also liked the pool to be a little warmer.

It was very clean, good location, very quiet and loved that it was pet friendly.

Housekeeping was called for toilet paper, but they never came. So I had to go to the front desk for toilet paper. The breakfast could be better. The juices from the dispenser were very watered-down, especially apple juice. And when I tried to get the Strawberry Kiwi drink, the dispenser was going everywhere. So I couldn't get any. Could have more blankets in the room when you have a family. 2 lamps in the room were not working. They may have a shortage. And the outlet next to the bed was loose. You can't plug anything in the outlet. But that stuff was minor and could be easily fixed.

Location great 2 minute walk to the L Green Line

Pool is way to small for this Hilton Also the cleaning staff was rude I asked to get my bed sheets changed because my son got bit in the forehead by something and I woke up with bites all over my back. She looked at me like I was crazy.!!!!! These middle-class, high-end hotels should be changing bedsheets every visit they come clean rooms period.!

I "loved" the people at the front desk, especially Theo. Everyone was warm, friendly, and hospitable. The cleanliness of our room (1215) was absolutely perfect!

Typically, we stay at the Hampton which has a better breakfast. Everything for breakfast at Home2Suites was wrapped in plastic which isn't appetizing. Also, the shower took a very long time to become hot.

Breakfast was good and plenty of it, great location to attend C2E2, rooms always clean & felt like a second home, great location for site seeing and surrounded by plenty of restaurants within walking distance, valet is a bonus.

Extremely well located if you are looking for a place to stay near the convention center, and relatively reasonably priced. Very comfortable bed, very spacious.

Breakfast was meh. Just some very basic items on the menu. Some staff members were very nices, others ambivalent.
