Located right off the expressway which was a quick & easy 20 minute ride into Boston. Hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and right across the street from a mall which had a Target. Also a quick easy drive to Plymouth and the rest of Cape Cod. No need to spend a fortune staying in Downtown Boston if you have a car rental. Also free parking and basic breakfast offered at the hotel.

We stayed in a corner room on the 3rd floor and the big, heavy bathroom door opened inward which then blocked entry into the shower. You have to enter and turn sideways to close the door get into the shower and your practically on top of the toilet So giving kids a bath is a struggle! No tubs just stand up tiled showers with heavy sliding glass doors. With such a small space they should have pocket doors or have the door open outward to make entering the tight space easier. Housekeeping could also do a better job of vacuuming the hallways as I always saw pieces of tissues, paper and even a used Qtip on the rug (that was kinda gross) Housekeeping is offered after you’ve stayed 3 nights so getting fresh towels was a bit of a pain.

We stayed at the first floor with our dog, that was really nice. In the room a good sitting couch/pull out. An extra area for making coffee next to your bathroom. Microwave and fridge. Fridge is a little noisy, but you can lower the temp.

The AC’s are really noisy. We woke up the first night due to ice falling down and water really dripping loud on our window sill outside. This came from the rooms above us. There is a simple solution for that. Extend the drains from AC. So we had to take towels outside and put them on the sill. Problem was over. We where not the only one, an other room had towels outside as well. We did not use our AC, because with the nice temperatures it was not needed for us.

The location was good to drive into Boston and the nearby mall was very convenient. The room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed and the pool and gym were a real plus, especially when travelling with children who enjoy a swim after a day of sightseeing.

The breakfast staff did not seem very motivated. The area got quite dirty during breakfast and they could have cleaned up a little better. However, they were motivated enough to tell us that breakfast time was almost over. Plus, the usage of all the single-use plastic dishes is horrific to a European visitor (but we know it is common in the US in that price category...)

The hotel is next to a mall, at an interstate/highway junction. There is plenty of parking and check-in was done very quick. Staff is very kind and attentive, helping you out with any question you might have. Windows do not open, but AC can be used as a fan to get fresh air. The room itself is nicely furnished and very clean. Elevators run fast so no long waiting time. Breakfast had some nice choices under the supervision of very attentive staff. They quickly refilled everything and made sure the tables were clean. Nice work!

The rooms were spacious and everything was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. The sofa-bed worked perfectly, and having two adjoining rooms was ideal for our family. The staff were absolutely amazing – super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, and the space was just right. The location was convenient, and parking was hassle-free. The main bed was very comfortable, and the large TV worked well too. One of the best parts was that the price was one of the lowest in the area, yet the hotel had the highest rating for that price. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

The handicapped accessible room was much appreciated! Plenty of space and walkin shower was excellent. Parking was plentiful and free. Location was convenient and easy on/off highway

The breakfast needs work: the warming dishes were constantly filled, but contents were warm at best. Needed to microwave eggs, sausage. Waffles were precooked and just COLD. Toast station had bread and packaged plain bagels (fresh and different flavors would have been so much better!) No English muffins. There were mini-blueberry muffins which was nice, but more variety would be good.

Conveniently located with restaurants, Ben and Jerry’s and Starbucks just steps away and Boston area attractions about 20 mins down the road. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful—even cluing us in about the hotel patio/grounds space where you can sign out giant Connect Four, Jenga, etc.—a hit with my 8 year old. Breakfast was well-stocked and there was plenty of space to eat.

The toilet in our room was very low/short—almost like the size used in elementary school bathrooms! It also was slow to flush. There was some paint missing on the bathroom door, too—an easy fix for hotel maintenance. I didn’t receive a receipt for our stay which I’ll be following up about. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

We booked this hotel for its proximity to the Braintree Logan Express. The room was lovely and spacious but we did not linger to enjoy it; we just needed a place for a night since we arrived by bus late at night and didn't feel up to driving home.

The breakfast was good, but we were disappointed by the single-use dishes and cutlery, especially the plastic. There is a ridiculously complicated machine for hot water; I had to get the receptionist to help me make a cup of tea.

All in all the price for stay was far more reasonable than other places. Rooms were large enough for 3 adults and 3 kids. My father had his own room, a king size bed and twin pull out couch. Super comfortable. We had 2 full size beds and a couch. TV was pretty decent size and a mini refrigerator was there as well, hidden underneath the tv in a cabinet. Breakfast had lots of choices, hot food, cold yogurt, juice, you can make toast or bagels, and fruit was there too. Loved the book selection also. Pool was heated.

Wasn't a fan of the air conditioner in the room. I woke up with a sore dry throat. And not really surprised that snacks and soda was overpriced at the desk, no biggie. We just walked over to the gas station and bought similar items instead. Not much else to say bad about. We enjoyed ourselves here.

Location

It was hard to tell if there was an outdoor pool until we got there and there was no where to sit at the outdoor area but they said they have ordered tables and chairs so it will be nice when they come. The indoor pool was closed at times and my friend was told it was closed when I was actually in it. Otherwise a great hotel with an indoor pool and an outdoor area where kids could run around.
