The suite was very spacious, clean, and with all the necessary amenities, including some dishes and a spacious fridge. I enjoyed the breakfast, with several healthy options like oatmeal (unsweetened), fresh fruit, or steamed scrambled eggs to choose from. I appreciate the fact that if you leave the luggage at the front desk, it's tagged, and not just left there with no verification of who it belongs to (as is sometimes the case in hotels). The hotel is right next to a street, but it's not too busy in the summer and therefore the room is quiet.

The front desk staff was helpful and polite, but not exactly friendly, so that could be improved. Otherwise, no complaints! The AC may be loud for some people, but it's quite efficient, so you can turn it off for the night. The hotel isn't close to the city centre, but you can take a tram from a station nearby, so that's convenient.

Good breakfast, clean room, there is a bar and Frank is quite good as a tender. Good location in Brookline. Off-street parking is available, but pricey.

I think $40 USD per night to park the car is too much by far. We paid about $150 per night for the room (with breakfast). I don't think roughly 30% additional is fair just to park a car in an underground area that is only partly covered. There is also a very steep ramp in and out. It could be tricky for less experienced drivers, especially with manual transmission and without 4WD. Or when snowing and icing occurs. Etc.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect--in walking distance to lots of cute shops, restaurants, and the T. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The cost is pricey. I know it's near Boston and all things are expensive when you get near a major city, but still--almost $1,000 for 2 nights was a lot. Also, at that rate, the parking should be included. It was an additional #39 per night.

Breakfast was A+ and the gentleman putting it out was so friendly and hospitable!!! Room A+ I've stayed in lots of hotels and this was the cleanest hotel and room I've ever stayed in!!!!! Staff: All staff super friendly. A+ Location: A+ perfect for me taking a Uber to the Argganis Arena

Price: Probably give it a C- This was a weekday. A thursday. This was the most I've ever paid for a hotel so I wasn't impressed with the price And I paid for garage for my car, but I did like that I had a place to park. I've paid half this amount in the Seaport District hotel in Boston overlooking the water with a breakfast and gorgeous room. So not to happy with price.

The staff at this hotel could not be nicer or more compassionate. My daughter is receiving treatment for a brain tumor. Eating breakfast is like being at a friend’s house because the man who put out the food acts like you are family. The shuttle driver was so kind and helpful. The desk staff was willing to let me leave bags in the back room to pick up on our way home after an appointment. I’ve stayed numerous times and have not met one staff person who was not kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The kitchen has plates, pots, etc. so you can easily cook your own food. There is a dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster and full sized fridge. I’ve stayed in different rooms, and they are comfortable and good sized.

The incline going into and out of the parking garage is challenging.

Room was clean throughout. Good reliable shower. Provision of breakfast was great. When I requested something, it was dealt with quickly. Friendly warm welcome by one of the main breakfast staff member was appreciated.

Only meat on offer at breakfast was pork. This was not very inclusive and did not take account of religious or dietary diversity. One lift kept going out of order.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. The room was also to our liking.

The main reason for our stay was an appt at dana Farber. We informed the front desk, used the shuttle, but when I returned, my family had been pushed out of our room :( I didn't realize that would happen. So we were scrambling and ultimately did not get a chance to leave housekeeping a tip and we are normally generous with these kinds of things.

The twin room suite is very big. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I like breakfast is included and the free shuttle to HMS and hospital area. Self service laundry is also a plus but it's not free, costs $6 for washing and drying.

It's definitely quite expensive - probably the Boston thing.

I liked the staff most of all. They were all nice, every one of the front desk staff, and the man who tended to the breakfast was so kind and friendly every morning. Everyone was helpful, from directions to nearby locations to help with transportation. Everything was delightful.

I liked everything. It might have been nice if the snack offered in the lobby at cost had some healthier options, but this is just a tiny thing. The options offered were great!

It's a nice hotel in a great location with helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast was good.

The room had some vibration noises due to the thunder and lightning/ and the trucks that drove through town, but I was able to remedy that with some portions of tissue in the cracks of a vent cutout. It was kind of expensive.
