This comfort inn is located in a central location and close to many restaurants and shopping! The hotel was very clean and decorated very nicely for the holidays! I even sat in the lobby by the Christmas tree and Menorah because it felt so homey! The staff was very accommodating! I had an injury which required a few special accommodations in the room and this hotel supplied them very willingly. The breakfast was really nice, although I kept missing the end time in the mornings so I only made one breakfast. It would have been nice if they went until 10 or 10 30 am.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn/Hadley for 7 nights, located super-close to our daughter and her family. Breakfast was ample, varied, tasty and well tended by an efficient, pleasant staff. The room was fine - nothing too fancy - with a comfortable king bed. Overall very clean and well maintained with the option for housekeeping on request - a format that discourages the overuse of cleaning products and make-work for staff. Also, my husband doesn't "thaw out" until about 11 :) so housekeeping would be problematic. Plus we can keep a room/bathroom tidy. It was nice to meet the GM, a rare occasion at almost any chain hotel, oh, and the pool and spa are also quite nice.

It would be nice to have refillable dispensers for bathroom staples like shampoo/conditioner/soap, rather than small plastic bottles. So sugge.stion offered.

We love our it was comfortable for a family of 7. We were able to have the conjoined room with the door connecting each other's room. Kids enjoyed the fitness room. Also next visit we would definitely try out the pool/ hot tub. Breakfast was very accommodating and fulfilling, had lots of varieties. Also check in and out was smooth and quick.

Only issue was one of the bathrooms out of the two rooms door wasn't able to lock.

Breakfast buffet had a lot of options. Pool is small, but the hot tub was very nice. We were in town for a college visit, and we had easy access to Amherst, Hampshire, and Northampton.

Accessing the property is a little awkward: depending what direction you're coming from, you have to take a u-turn and then drive down a narrow frontage road to make your way back to the property. It's not hard, but when we arrived it was dark and a little confusing.

The front desk help was friendly professional and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and has quite a few amenities. My room was large the bed was very good and I slept well. Quiet area nice local shops. I won’t stay anywhere else when I am in this area! Thank you!!

Sink drains slowly room 104. Hardly worth mentioning

The hotel was clean, the room was nice, spacious and comfortable. There were definitely people out in the hallways on Saturday night, but it wasn't too loud. My friend was staying next to a room where the guests were holding a party and the staff moved her as soon as she asked. I was there for a conference, so I didn't use many of the amenities but I got a good night sleep so that's what mattered. And there was a big thing of ice water with lemon by the front door which was very handy.

The road leading to the hotel is a giant pit of potholes. Like break your axle deep holes. Its NOT good. it's easy driving distance to all the schools so that's great, but you can't really walk to a restaurant or anything from there.

Breakfast was clean, nutritious and well served. Kitchen staff was very, very professional and helpful.

Our room was not cleaned and no one told us we had to ask to have it done. Completely disappointed by that. Actually, of all the Hotels we've ever stayed at, this was our first experience with that. Kind of shocked. (Stayed in Room 229 & had to kill a couple of large ants, but didn't make a big deal about it).

THE LOCATION OF COMFORT INN AND SUITES IS EXCELLENT. IT PROVIDES EASY ACCESS TO ALL RESTAURANTS IN AMHERST AND HADLEY, AS WELL AS THE FIVE COLLEGES. THE MATTRESS WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. THE ROOM PROVIDED ITS OWN TEMPERATURE CONTROL AND WAS EXTREMELY QUIET. THE BREAKFAST BUFFET HAD MANY OFFERINGS SUCH AS COLD CEREALS, EGGS AND BACON, YOGURTS, BREADS AND FRESH FRUIT.

The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good.

The location was inconvenient, but there were no hotel rooms available in Northampton due to college graduations, etc. Getting to the hotel is always confusing for me: it's easy to miss the tight U-turn (no arrows on the road) and there are no clear signs at the entry where the hotel is screened by trees. Also, the breakfast room could use some acoustical panels. It was crowded and very noisy.

Newer facility so very clean. Breakfast was basic but provided a few warm choices. Clean indoor hot tub and pool area. Nice sitting area outside.

Price jumps day to day or days of week depending on what service you booked through. Some nights sold out between the needed length of stay. Central for the Amherst area just outside of town but near the shopping and not too far off freeway. Right where I needed to be near colleges, but not walkable to them.
