Proximity to Watertown mall and other grocery shopping. There were lots of eateries less than five minutes walk fom the hotel. The breakfast was good, there were variety of food to eat.

The provision of a concierge for luggage and an umbrella to be borrowed during rainy season. I stayed at the hotel in late November, which was a raining reason and wanted to walk down to one of the eateries to have pizza for dinner but, unfortunately the hotel didn't have umbrella and therefore, couldn't go for the pizza as the rain was too heavy to walk in it without an umbrella.

Great location, within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Didn’t feel that we were getting gauged with hidden, ridiculous “resort” fees. Breakfast was very good. Dining area was bright and airy with lots of seating. Our room was spacious and nicely appointed with plenty of plugs, good lighting, comfortable bed and nice bathroom with expected amenities.

The parking and elevator system weren’t as well defined as they might have been. The sign in the elevator says “hold” the room key to the sensor when it should say “tap”. The parking was limited for the guests as there didn’t seem to be access other than a small amount of spaces.

My good impression started with the managers, they replied to all my messages, and we're very cordial and polite. When we arried at the front desk, Kenya (receptionist) was AMAZING, being very sweet and nice. She answered all my questions and provided me with all necessary information. The breakfast was very good, with so many different options every day. Finally, all staff was very cordial and nice!!!! I strongly recommend this hotel!!!!! If I come back to Watertown, that's where I will stay, for sure.

**Safety concern for older, short adults. Bed mattress too high to get in and out of. **$30/night parking is outrageous, especially since there are many free parking spaces surrounding the hotel. Unless specifically asked about parking fees, the reception desk clerk did not indicate that that fee would be charged. For shame!

Good location, the parking is convenient albeit a bit pricey ($30), the room is large and comfortable with a great bed and shower. Breakfast was nice with many items hot and cold. The hotel is within the Arsenal Yards an old arsenal. There is group of shopping areas in the old building whic makes it cool environment.

We stayed on the 4th floor (6 floor hotel) and we knew they were pet friendly, however, there were many dogs of various sizes and on a number of floors. While our room did not have a smell of pets, it now causes me to wonder if every room is pet friendly and if so, I am not happy at all with that scenario. I believe there should be sections of the hotel so they are designated rooms. On Wednesday the day before thanksgiving we arrived back to our room about 8:30 and there was a dog barking and barking inscecentantly for over an hour. It appeared as if the owner had left the dog unattended to attend some holiday event. My husband finally had enough and called the front desk to complain. About 30 minutes the dog stopped barking. I’m not cool with that at all.

The property was in the perfect location for a stay close to Mount Auburn Hospital. The area surrounding the hotel has a bunch of shops and restaurants that are within a minute walk or two. A target was a quick ride across the street for anything else you might need.

The additional fee for parking was $30 and the front desk didn’t really provide information on how to access wifi, hours for checkout, etc. I was able to figure it out easily but I’ve never been in a hotel that doesn’t give you all the details up front and that could bother some people.

The location was nice. Not too far from downtown Boston but also was in a really nice location, where there were so many food spots, shops, and leisure activities.

The only thing I didn't like was the $35 parking. I think that price is a little excessive and is the only thing keeping me from coming back.

Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and nice that there was coffee/tea out most of the day.

The orientation of the room was strange with the TV to the side of the bed Also parking was $35/night - we drove a bit to find street parking pretty easily after being told “there was none” the lot had tons of space the high charge didn’t make much sense since other hotels nearby offered free parking

It’s really well located , and it was very clean ! We saw they had breakfast but we didn’t had the chance to try. They charge $35 for parking. For the price is a great option. I’m definitely staying there again.
