The front desk staff was wonderful...very helpful and accomadating. We also appreciated...very much....that we were able to purchase pre-made dinners that we a reasonable price, and very tasty, that we could heat up in the dining area microwave . So great for tired travelers. Also...beds were comfortable, room very clean, great breakfast buffet...thank you... Parking was easy and lot well lit.

My reservation request is always for room not far from elevators. Not sure if the on-line request was even looked at, as we were given an end of hall room for our 2nd stay of 3 nights. Room was nice and comfortable ( though dusty drapes weren't great for respiratory health) but at end of hall...location not as requested.

Staying here was a amazing value, it was clean, competitively priced and the room was large, quiet and had everything we needed. We loved the free parking also.

The internet was not free and they charged 4.95 per day for use or you had to give them detailed information about yourself and if you read the fine print they sell that info to data collection companies.

Single room, 1 double bed, 1 night - room was a very good size, bed was comfortable, bathroom is a good size, everything was very clean, I was surprised to have a mini fridge and coffee maker, ample parking, quick and easy check in and check out, multiple locks on the door to feel secure, elevators and easy access, LOTS of towels, AC was easy to put on preferred setting

It was a little difficult to find - it's behind the Costco, go past Embassy Suites and around, other than that, not a big deal, not much in the immediate area

The hotel is very beautiful and the staff provided great customer service all around

The beds are fair to low in comfort. However, due to the cost iand the fact that the hotel is fairly new the mattresses provided could be of more comfort, after a weeks day, I did come home with a severe back ache. Also during this day one of the elevator was in poor service and by the end of our stay, the second elevator was also in poor service, we had to take stairs from 5th floor with all luggage on departure day

The hotel exceeded expectations with its impeccable cleanliness and well-maintained rooms. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, offering a great start to each day. I would totally recommend this hotel to friends and family and would totally stay here again!

I really don't have anything that I didn't like. Everything was really good.

Perfect location for our trip. Check In was quick and easy. Personnel were warm and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious. We are in the area from PA twice a year and if the price is right, we try to stay here as much as possible.

Big chunk of parking lot was not available/blocked off. Not sure why. Not a big deal but it made parking very scarce as there was also a bus parked across the spaces.

Hotel was exceptionally modern, clean, and up to date. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was gleaming. Breakfast food was good and lots of options.

At peak times, breakfast food trays were empty - ran out of eggs, sausage, etc. Would have preferred to have a microwave in the room, but there was one available 24/7 in the breakfast area. Would have preferred if sink in room was separated from toilet/shower.

Facilities, cleanness, staff, all very good. Location is easy off/on I95. I did not see restaurants nearby. We went to a very good diner on Main Street Waltham, about 10 minutes' drive.

Breakfast is no longer attractive at Hampton Inns (and at other Hiltons too) All these "plastic looking omelets", supermarket bagels, horrible yogurts. So poor fruit selection. For many years, breakfast at Hampton Inns was a very positive point, sometimes "the" point to justify choosing a Hampton Inn over another brand. It is no longer the case, and it is not that room prices are kept low. Disappointing.

Breakfast was fine. Not having food accommodations after arrival was disappointing. At minimum a small food service area, other than self-service, should be available for patrons who arrive late and stay open through the night.

No food accommodations on our late arrival. Something other than self-service snacks should be available at the hotel and not off site. Parking was not the best. More parking spaces should be made available to patrons.

Our suite was large with a sofa and ottomans so we could put our feet up. There was a large 'desk' and a large tv. It was clean. Blackout window shades did keep the room very dark.

The breakfast was fine but the only cereals offered were for kids. We wish there had been cereals for adults.
