The room was spacious and clean and ti was well lit. The temperature in the room was also a comfortable 70 degrees which was vey good as it was snowing off and on during most of my stay and then it turned very cold outside. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. It was good service to have a 24 hour frint desk. The hot breakfast was good although I am not a big breakfast eater.

There were no housekeeping services during my stay which meant that each day I had to ask a for clean towels as well as trash bags and toilet paper. I noticed room cleaning was done after the guests check out. I also had to get my key card reset almost daily though I didn't keep it near my cell phone to cause an issue with it. These aren't huge points but big enough to rate 4 instead of 5.

I like that the AC worked in the room and that it was very maintained as far as cleanliness and stocked items affiliated with the room and the staff there had a beautiful smile with an inviting presentation upon my arrival!

I didn't like the lime and scale build up on the inner upper ledge of the pool, I also thought the pull out beds for my room couch could have been supplied with pillows, I also did not like the breakfast bring without may of its amenities and breakfast staff had a look of anger in her face, I tried smiling at her but she was not having it overall it was acceptable with some perks that could be worked on!

I liked that the hotel has easy access to the building and is in a convenient location. The staff members were polite and welcoming. I especially appreciated the young woman who greeted my family and me at check-in and also assisted us at check-out (she was very kind). This was my second stay here, and I’ll definitely continue choosing this hotel for future trips to Michigan.

The hotel is well- equipped and offers all the amenities, such as a hair dryer , iron , refrigerator and microwave . It is comfortable, and the service is good. Breakfast is reasonable. It is good place to stay.

I would just like to make a note regarding the fitness room: There are no dumbbells, and one of the weight machines was not working.

There are a lot of hotels in Dearborn, but by far, Country Inn & Suites is the best! The entire staff couldn’t be more kind and welcoming. The amenities are amazing, especially the indoor pool and delicious breakfast every morning (which isn’t just a box of cereal like at some hotels; it is a full-on buffet with everything from eggs, home fries, bacon/sausage, fresh waffles, bagels, etc.). Everything is spotless and comfortable. I particularly liked the huge, deep bathtub and super comfortable bedding.

When I went in, I was greeted right away with a nice smile and treated by the front desk lady so nicely. She was very pleasant. Easy check-in and was told about the breakfast and the times. Got my room key cards and off we went

I was really surprised that they didn't have a safe as I like to lock things up at night. The beds need to be replaced as one side of each bed was really squeaking. Was also surprised about no service for the first 3 days. That was just werid.

Location

Wrong room information. When I booked the room it was for a king with a sofa bed but when I got there I was informed that only suites had sofa beds and they would not accommodate me. I had to settle for a room with double beds. It was for my daughter and new son in law after their wedding. That’s why a KING bed was booked.

Everything!! The staff was super friendly and watched out for me as a solo traveler. The room was clean and the halls always smelled so fresh. The shower was phenomenal. Overall a great stay.

The breakfast could have been better the items offered could have been good but they were undercooked, bland and tasteless in some cases. That's my only complaint

The front desk staff was pleasant. The room nice could be updated; the beds were comfortable and the room location was very convenient. I will visit this location again. I wished the breakfast time was a little earlier.

The breakfast time, would have liked it to be little earlier like 6a.m. I didn't like that the adult time for the pool was 10p.m. The children time was up to 9pm and the adults only had one hour by themself..

When we checked in the gentleman was kind and it was an easy check-in process. The room was clean, and our bed was comfortable.

No complaints. I plan to go to Michigan again in the near future and will definitely stay at the country inn.
