The king bed was very comfortable. The walk in shower with sliding shower screen was great. Having a couple of chairs in the room was nice and having good blackout blinds was great for sleeping. Was also reasonably quiet for a hotel. Having free parking was also a bonus. Close to entertainment, eating and gaming facilities.

The resort fees almost doubled the room price even though we did not use any of what the fees covered (pool, coffee maker, airport shuttle etc). Did not provide tea making options. Only provided 3 pillows on King bed. Casino/hotel lost power around 7.30pm for over 2 hours with no ability to get to our room (we're offered option to walk up 15 flights after 2 has of waiting, some people had more than 30 flights of stairs). No information dispersed on incident, no ability to get drink (bars & restaurants had no power). No apology for inconvenience after incident.

The food and beverage was a tad expensive.

I liked how convenient it was to where I needed to go and central to everything. The hotel was amazing, and I wish I could have spent days exploring it as it was just a dream. The staff were amazing bar the young lad I asked for water in my room on my 2nd day (it never materialised) and the lady I asked about the restroom and luggage stores (after I checked out, it could've been the coach load of Southern Asian visitors that came to join me where I sat that were grating her last nerves though as they seemed to be checking out too). I would recommend this hotel and to spend your 1st or 2nd day exploring it before anything else. Room service from the restaurants was fantastic for my lazy days of not wanting to leave the hotel room. The gym was not too crowded or stressful, I would've loved to understand the program on the machines to test the available workouts, but it was fine without them. I never ventured to the pool, but it looked amazing the spa, too. It was fabulous to see the joining of the hotels that it really was, and the fact they were connected made me nearly collide due to my amazement (and not looking where I was going). I don't have a bad word to say about the hotel and the expensive as well as it being my 1st time in America, and I celebrated a birthday out there, I would return to just go wild in the connected area between the hotels.

I didn't like the confusion with the business centre parcel collection, but the girl at the business centre was fantastic. I wasn't to pleased about the price increase partway though my stay in the restaurants, and I guess I want to please with the request for water to be provided in my room on my 2nd day not being fill for my duration. I was confused about the lady I asked for the restroom as I was about to depart the hotel home, she was rather unhelpful but I guess it was because I was leaving and there was no need to be polite at this point (or she was having an unpleasant day). It was, in part, a pleasant experience, but I guess nothing can be 100% perfect.

Convenient downtown location. Helpful staff.

Loved how the casinos connected and I didn't have to go outside to get to different venues. I had a great view of the city. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was very comfortable, quiet, cozy and clean. Despite the few little things I mentioned, it was a great stay and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

The shuttle from the airport stopping at midnight kinda sucked as I got into Reno about 12:15am but no big deal. First morning I didn't have hot water to take my shower. I called the front desk and let them know. I found out from others staying at the same casino they didn't have hot water either. Later that evening I went back to my room and the water got nice and hot. The transits wandering around the casino made it a bit odd and made it uncomfortable at times.

Cleanliness and location..easy check in and check out

Added fees after booking... really! $40 a day resort fee for a Keurig coffee machine that doesn't work? Just include it in the room rate instead of stealing it adding it to my account after I paid for the room.

When we first arrived, we were greeted by Ivy who helped check us in rather than using those annoying, non-human self check kiosks. We also received 2 mini bottles of water. Our room was clean and comfortable. I was worried about noise since the National high school wrestling championship teams were staying there, but we didn’t hear a thing.

There were a lot of guests and they only had 1 elevator running so there was actually a 10+ minute wait to get to your room sometimes. Also, for $50 you would expect a really good breakfast in the coffee shop. It was terrible, especially the coffee! Worst pancakes (flat and weirdly rubbery) and biscuits and gravy (hard biscuit, no sausage meat in the gravy) I’ve ever had.

I didn't like how the room rate quoted was $29 but the amount owed turned out to $97. I understand taxes are required by the municipalities. This required 'Resort Fee', is a simple greed mark-up. No truth in advertising here.

I have stayed at the Silver Legacy for decades, but this was perhaps the nicest experience. They've renovated and rebranded a lot of the restaurants, which had been rather bland and boring. Now they are modern and inviting. Staff is friendly and helpful in a number of ways/areas, to wait staff at aforementioned restaurants, to check-in staff, who helped me with mine.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. I like how they did away with "ticketed" parking, and now they just let you park and leave without the hassle of scanning/swiping a parking ticket.

Pleasantly surprised by stay at Silver Legacy. Rooms, two as we were travelling with another couple, were booked on a "third party website" and unknowingly were confirmed "smoking" rooms. Upon noticing this I immediately reached out to the hotel requesting NON SMOKING rooms which I was told could not be confirmed until check in and would be based upon availability. To our surprise our request for NON SMOKING rooms was granted as was our request for rooms close to one another. Our rooms were on a high floor as requested and were adjacent to each other as requested. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, parking in the attached parking garage was easy to use and the property had all the amenities necessary to enjoy out stay.

The fitness center could have been cleaner and more "modernly" equipped. The weight room was too small for the size of the property. Update cardio equipment and enlarge the weight room area. Perhaps add additional area for stretching.
