The king bed was very comfortable. The walk in shower with sliding shower screen was great. Having a couple of chairs in the room was nice and having good blackout blinds was great for sleeping. Was also reasonably quiet for a hotel. Having free parking was also a bonus. Close to entertainment, eating and gaming facilities.

The resort fees almost doubled the room price even though we did not use any of what the fees covered (pool, coffee maker, airport shuttle etc). Did not provide tea making options. Only provided 3 pillows on King bed. Casino/hotel lost power around 7.30pm for over 2 hours with no ability to get to our room (we're offered option to walk up 15 flights after 2 has of waiting, some people had more than 30 flights of stairs). No information dispersed on incident, no ability to get drink (bars & restaurants had no power). No apology for inconvenience after incident.

The food and beverage was a tad expensive.

I liked how convenient it was to where I needed to go and central to everything. The hotel was amazing, and I wish I could have spent days exploring it as it was just a dream. The staff were amazing bar the young lad I asked for water in my room on my 2nd day (it never materialised) and the lady I asked about the restroom and luggage stores (after I checked out, it could've been the coach load of Southern Asian visitors that came to join me where I sat that were grating her last nerves though as they seemed to be checking out too). I would recommend this hotel and to spend your 1st or 2nd day exploring it before anything else. Room service from the restaurants was fantastic for my lazy days of not wanting to leave the hotel room. The gym was not too crowded or stressful, I would've loved to understand the program on the machines to test the available workouts, but it was fine without them. I never ventured to the pool, but it looked amazing the spa, too. It was fabulous to see the joining of the hotels that it really was, and the fact they were connected made me nearly collide due to my amazement (and not looking where I was going). I don't have a bad word to say about the hotel and the expensive as well as it being my 1st time in America, and I celebrated a birthday out there, I would return to just go wild in the connected area between the hotels.

I didn't like the confusion with the business centre parcel collection, but the girl at the business centre was fantastic. I wasn't to pleased about the price increase partway though my stay in the restaurants, and I guess I want to please with the request for water to be provided in my room on my 2nd day not being fill for my duration. I was confused about the lady I asked for the restroom as I was about to depart the hotel home, she was rather unhelpful but I guess it was because I was leaving and there was no need to be polite at this point (or she was having an unpleasant day). It was, in part, a pleasant experience, but I guess nothing can be 100% perfect.

We had the spa suite with views towards the snowy mountains, taking a bath there was an absolute bliss. Also the hotel as a whole was pretty nice, good gym, friendly staff, good bed and spacious room. Beside the floor, everything was pretty clean. Clean bed, clean spa tube, clean shower, clean sink.

Prior guest spilled som golden plastic confetti in the room and somehow the cleaning crew did not clean that mess AT ALL, those little golden plastic things were EVERYWHERE, we even brought them to the next hotel with us, the whole floor was covered with it. Also the bathroom had some sticky spills when we arrived, and they never were cleaned, during the whole stay. Disgusting.

Just about everything! The kiosk check-in was so smooth and everything was so clean and elegant. The room had a mountain view which was perfect and included all the hygiene shower things in the Dove brand vs done generic hotel brand. I can't imagine enjoying any other place in Reno as much as this one! It's attached to SO many other things too!

Parking instructions were not clear which was really obnoxious because the parking ramp elevator is almost hidden and then you have to walk closer to the check in counter to get to your room elevator which we are marked byroom brackets but nothing mentions not being able to access parking from there.

Clean, updated facilities!

Very noisy from street noise. Husband and I were in bed at 9:30 pm when someone knocked on the door. He went to the door and asked who it was and the man who he could not see thru the peep hole in the door said “ maintenance”! We had the security latch on and the man tried to open the door and my husband pushed it shut and said we didn’t call you!! This scared us so we called down to the desk. The manager told us he made a mistake with room number. Why did he try to open our door?? Also at 9:30 at night what is going on?? This did not make us very comfortable!

We enjoyed our short stay. The accomodation was nice. Staff suggested dining at Roxy's, which we did and had a fabulous meal!

The only complaint I have is that the hotel policy is to not allow early check-in, including 10 or 15 minutes early (available with a $35 additional charge). So, there were people lined up in a que to check in at 3:00. It seems silly not to allow slightly early check-in to avoid a long line forming. They did open up check-in at 2:55 and the staff was very nice about it all. Again, the hotel policy is what I suggest changing to be just a bit more flexible.

Loved how the casinos connected and I didn't have to go outside to get to different venues. I had a great view of the city. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was very comfortable, quiet, cozy and clean. Despite the few little things I mentioned, it was a great stay and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

The shuttle from the airport stopping at midnight kinda sucked as I got into Reno about 12:15am but no big deal. First morning I didn't have hot water to take my shower. I called the front desk and let them know. I found out from others staying at the same casino they didn't have hot water either. Later that evening I went back to my room and the water got nice and hot. The transits wandering around the casino made it a bit odd and made it uncomfortable at times.

It was great, I like the elegant decor of the lobby, but updated, clean, functional room. Nobody bothers me and I like the coffee in the room and small refrigerator. The bed is comfortable and has lots of pillows

Too many e-mails between the time I made the reservation and checked in. For me, the Resort Fee is a rip off since I usually only stay 1-2 nights and go to the casino the whole time. I have a Caesars card, but don't know how to apply overnight stays and people with Caesars card, staying 1-2 nights shouldn't have to pay the resort fee

Convenient downtown location. Helpful staff.

A small amount of mold growing along the corner in the shower, otherwise spotless.
