Location, nice and clean, friendly staff

The pool was freezing. When we stayed last year it was nice and warm and my daughter wants to swim a lot so we chose to stay again because of how nice the pool was but this time is was freezing.

The Food was very good. The Room was nice and clean. The Bed was comfortable and the Bathroom had a great shower. The Staff was friendly and helpful. The Coffee bar in the morning was very appreciated. We didn’t have any breakfast but it looked good. It was easy to get to New York City via bus and Ferry. It was located in a quiet area with different Shops and Restaurants. A Two Minute Walk to the Hudson River, from where you can see the Manhattan Skyline. Overall a lovely Hotel.

Our stay could have been longer.

Quiet location, good dining space, spacious room, nice bathroom, friendly staff, large and comfortable bed. Free Wi-Fi, though slow compared to what you can get elsewhere.

Slow internet, the in-room hotel TV navigation system didn't work. Heard several guests complaining about parking issues (make sure to inquire). The door leading to the hallway has a large gap at the bottom that allows all noises to enter, even making it seem like someone is entering your room. Housekeeping is done every 2 days. No room could have view to the river

The hotel was clean by American standards. The rooms were spacious. It was very close to the bus stop and markets. Overall, it was quiet. The most negative thing for us was the smell of weed coming from the hotel corridors and sometimes the bathroom. Even though it said “no smoking,” we could still smell it.

Clean facilities in good condition.

Parking was charged extra, which was not very clear while booking. We also found the entrance was a bit hard to find, a sign or two once you enter the area off River rd. would be helpful for first time visitors.

The location is FABULOUS ... With spectacular view of THE CITY ... "SUGGESTION" ...ON SUNDAY- BREAKFAST SHOULD SPILL OVER FOR BRUNCH @least up to 2pm ...after a SATURDAY NIGHT OUT I believe most people would appreciate an indoor BRUNCH 🙂 PAT BEAUTIFUL INDIVIDUAL ...ladies with HOUSEKEEPING

LACK OF WATER BOTTLES .... attempted to purchase Saturday evening ...NO WATER BOTTLES TO PURCHASE ...WATER BOTTLE FRIDGE TOTALLY EMPTY😵received 2 limited complimentary water bottles ...The view from our room NOT VERY SPECTACULAR ... CARS & PARKING LOTS😒

Location, parking garage was floor 3-5 for hotel so no worries about flooding as there was a tropical storm that weekend. Awesome to also have a 12:00 check out most places kick you out at 11. Also there is an absolutely amazing restaurant 2 minute walk away.

Brand new facilities with cleanness. The staff was so lovely, and there was no inconvenience. The location is good to watch the night scenery of New York,

Nothing. But if I had to pick one, it would be a little bit hard to get to by public transport.

The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully cleaned. I always love the staff here. So friendly and helpful… you feel welcomed and taken care of. Shout out to them! 🫶

It was a shame that the WiFi and cable were down but it won’t stop me from returning.

Hotel has new everything. Second time here. Room was on river side. PERFECT QUIET SLEEP! MOM'S 80th birthday date, she loved that bed!

The requested room notes stated that the room be opposite street side and I called to be assured. Upon arrival, I was put in a street side room . The plus was that it was corrected immediately with no hassle..I like this place.
