Nothing all is good

The Suites are nice, plenty of room and places to sit. We had a lot of family in town and we werr able to socialize in our suite. Having a fridge was great too. The artwork in the bedroom was very nice. The bathroom was large.

The hair dryer didn't work, but I had a small one along and survived. There appeared to be paint or some other white splatter on the chairs and furniture. A picture frame did not have anything in it. I did let the front desk know about the hairdryer when we checked out. Oh yes, the website for this location says there is a buffet breakfast. That's not true so it should be updated!

They don't have breakfast, because the rooms have a kitchen. So, you bring what you want to eat. I can't stress enough the staff. They were very hospitable, kind, very professional, welcoming, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, they were exceptional!!!!!! I can't put in words the wonderful experience I had. I'll definitely make my reservation with them again. Again, they are exceptionally excellent!!!

The location was a little far from my seminar, but the street was quiet, the other guests were quiet too. The guest in front of my room had a baby, and I didn't hear the baby at all!!! All the other guests were very friendly. But, because the staff was exceptional excellent, who cares about location? I don't even talk about the bed. It was very difficult to get up from that bed. I wish my luggage was big enough, so I could buy that bed from them.

Laundry room for long term stay. Lovely smell throughout as soon as you enter the building. Reasonable rates.

Rooms are not soundproof. You can hear conversations in the room next to you, as well as, just walking by their door. Not enough channels on the TV. Back door does not lock and anyone can come in that’s not a customer there.

The staff were all warm and helpful, made me feel very at home. I saw Hope most of the time and she went out of her way to accommodate and to make sure I had what I needed. She really made my stay special and in fact I have already sent my husband to stay for his trip, it was such a good experience! The hotel is very cute, great value for money. Clean, spacious room, nice little gym.

No pool…

Have stayed here for a night or two on 4 separate occasions in the last couple of years. The staff are pleasant, rooms are spotlessly clean, beds & linens very comfortable, & the location literally across the street from a strip mall with a sushi restaurant, deli, taproom, etc (all of which are quite good) is perfect.

The rooms feel depressing bc the decor is dated & the furnishings have a lot of wear & tear, but everything actually works & the cleanable surfaces are very clean. For the price I think it's worth it.

The cultural experience at (sonesta simply) left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.

The gym is out of service. The refrigerator in 1st room not functioning, and they changed the room.

Everything was amazing until two different works knocked on the door finding out what time we are leaving check out is at 11am . One knocked at 10:30 the other at 10:45 . When the lady knocked at 10:45 asked what time we were leaving i said to her in a few mins she goes okay well check out is at 11 you have to call the front desk to tell them . Makes no sense and also there was hair in the shower once we checked in we didn’t even shower or anything yet so there shouldn’t be nothing in the shower

This 7th time, stay here and will stay again, of course. Rooms are immaculate . They do not allow smoking inside property, and this amazing . The manager is the second supper positive thing in this hotel , I asked to extend my stay till 3 pm, and of course, he treated me well and let me stay for free of any charge . Thank you . They clea8n the room once weekly and this great .

That my stay ran out quickly.

The hotel is in a very centrally located area and is right in the middle of the industrial park area of Somerset. The staff was kind and helpful and made checking in and out easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone needing a longer term stay or someone who needs the extra space or office furniture to work from.

They dont have a continental breakfast or anything of that sort. Other than that the hotel provided us with a clean room and amenities all throughout our stay with them.
