The facility was great. The comfort level was as expected. The staff was friendly, professional, and well groomed. The entrance and hallways smelled clean and cozy. It felt like a home.

The cleanliness of the pool. I brought a bathing suit as I had been informed that it was indoors and heated, but when I arrived, its appearance was not pleasant and/or maintained. Also, I stayed for 7 days, 6 nights, and the cleaning crew fixed the room only once. Although I maintained the room clean, returning from a long day to a fixed bed is a great feeling I missed.

Very friendly staff, the cleanliness of our room, and the prompt response by staff for any issue that we may have had.

We found the Hotel very hard to locate. There is a Hotel sign on # 46 but it is very small and close to the ground. It would be greatly appreciated if a larger sign could be installed. I don't know if we could have located the Hotel without the use of GPS. Other Marriott Hotels we have stayed at have offered complimentary Breakfast but the Marriott in Wayne does not ? With respect to the question regarding whether or not we would stay again at this location, the signage for the location would have to be greatly improved. Although we responded with a NO however it is not cast in concrete.

The facilities were nice and clean. Everything was up to date. The staff was amazing, especially when it came to directions and helping me get my pre- teen awake to unlock the door and let me back in.

There was mention of there being a hot tub and I saw none in the facility. I was really looking forward to that. No complimentary breakfast. While what I paid for was good. It was way more expensive than if I had gone out locally.

The hotel and room was very clean and tastefully decorated.

The location of the hotel is hard to find, and if you miss the turn it takes too long to get back to it. The TV remote wasn’t working properly, the lights by the bed didn’t work, and bathroom fan didn’t work, and the bed is very firm which was very uncomfortable.

The room was clean, well laid out and I slept really well. The location is very convenient for my work in the area, so win-win!

If you had a breakfast included that would be great, but I was aware of your set-up when I booked.

Nice clean lobby..very well lit and nicely set up. Good was really nice…bathroom a little dirty but overall room was nice.

Bathroom overall was less to be desired. Toilet looks plastic and shower smelled like mold a bit.

Staff was friendly and and polite, I needed a crib to my 4m daughter and they gave me one, the place was perfect.

One thing I missed was the heater with out being the ac, could be a central heating, I don’t like to sleep with all that noise.

Excellent staff! The bistro was better than expected. My grilled cheese was a little overdone but super cheesy and the tomato soup was off the hook.

There were kids running the halls so it got a bit loud.

It was beautiful and had a nice layout from the lobby to the rooms

It was hard to find for someone not familiar to the area. Some of the front desk staff were rude.

Room was nice, whole thing was very convenient

Booked online and when I checked in the price went up a bit then when I checked out it went up more. Don't really understand how/why
