I like the unlimited drinks and water available in the breakfast area. The cleanliness of the front desk area and breakfast area.they did to go bags for breakfast . It had an a apple, Granola, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, muffins. It was diff but convenient.

The room is not actually bad with all amenities provided.

People smoking in the hotel,I can smell weed in the lobby,and it all during my stay at the hotel .

My mom had an encounter with the staff member that was in the breakfast room. She walked over to my mom and asked her, why is taking so much food? Which I thought was very rude. It was 4 of us in the room and my went to get our breakfast, I find that to be so disrespectful. This is the only reason I'm giving a 8/10

I love how quiet it is so it's easy to focus on your school work. The rooms are a bit small but that's fine in terms of sleep and leisure. The higher levels are great for nice views of Junction and the lower levels are great for just sleeping and going out. Staff is chill and breakfast is good because I like waffles and making it myself. Eggs were watery but it depends on who makes it.

I like everything. Rooms were a bit small as I said again but it's fair if you're not there to be in the room all the time.

I was not told that I was going to be charged for the change in room apparently I booked a handicap room and today when I got the email I was charged almost 130 dollars just to change the room

I don’t have anything bad to say about the property the staff was nice just wish he spoke a little more English so that he could have communicated that better to me.

That the corner rooms are smaller and all they kept on saying is all the rooms are the same size which they wasn’t. My best friend rented the same room in the hotel and she was a floor under me in the middle of the hallway and her room was way bigger than mines, not to say that the rooms are huge, but it was bigger than mines. I had a corner room. Corner rooms are small guys.

Great location near subway, friendly staff, comfortable room

Breakfast was included but not enough tables and chairs to take breakfast. 2 times we had to eat staying near food counter. Please add additional chairs and tables for the breakfast room

The place was very clean and most were pleasant. Perfect location for this trip. Will definitely be back.

The location was very convenient, the service was great and the breakfast was better than the other Ramada Inn I visited in Brooklyn. This is also a very clean hotel

The room was quite small and did not have a closet. It met my need but may be a bit tight if I had suitcases

Breakfast was excellent. The room was incredibly clean. Towels were folded beautifully. The staff was nice. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

Could easily hear noises in the hallway, but not a big deal.
