Check in was quick and friendly, with parking right behind the building (first-come-first-served basis, we got lucky). The hotel was clean and quiet, and felt safe. Easy Uber pick up right in front, with late-night snack food for sale in lobby (frozen pizza, candy, chips, Ramen, though McDonalds is right next door, as is BP gas station). Nice hot water, comfy beds, even the sofa bed. Eggs, sausage, bacon and bangin' cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Will keep this hotel in mind for Manhattan/Brooklyn events in the future!

No complaints, and I'm I pretty picky person!

Because I was in a jam with a cancelled flight and choices to stay were few, I was happy to get a room at a Holiday Inn Express because I know they are reputable and dependable. It was in a convenient location to the airport (by taxi) and into the city with a public bus shuttle and train. Staff was helpful in providing directions to the bus and the train route to take. They also suggested places nearby to eat.

Shuttle bus to and from the airport (La Guardia) and a listing on available hotels in the area.

When we arrived we were checked in by a gentleman named Christian he was wonderful very friendly and very accommodating. All our needs were met room was wonderful we got the top floor and it was very quiet and peaceful considering it was in a busy area. Located close to just about everything plenty of free parking which is a huge plus and disability accessible

The hotel is great. It's clean, modern with very helpful staff. I had a very comfortable stay and will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is great for short stays. I was visiting my family since I grew up in the area. The hotel is in the perfect location for me but for visitors or tourists, it may be out of the way. The price her night was a little steeps at $150 or so. If it could go down to $110-$120, that would be more of an incentive to stay there.

Wonderful!!! From the check in! The hotel entrance was super clean! I felt at home! The room and bathroom were SUPER clean. Speechless!!! Breakfast “Very well” served! VIP service. I've never seen anything like it!!!

I have nothing to ask for to improve!! Because it EXCEEDED all expectations!

Place was center where the places we need to go! location was good! breakfast incluid was a bonus thanks so much. parking space too. we didnt use our vehicle all the time but we had access to public transportation. very good

just the fixing room in from our room we were 304 so was a day or night that were fixing! but didn't take it to long.

Everything was great

When we arrived and got our room. There was someone else there. Went down to desk and they apologized that they had a power outage that morning and things may have got scrambled. Thankfully they had another room for us

Breakfast was really good and staffs were awesome. Great location.

All though hotel has its own parking space but it was not assigned for the guests. Basically anyone can park and if you can’t find parking you have to find parking outside. And the hotels back door was not locked so it felt little unsafe.

The people were so professional and friendly. I can’t tell the last time I’ve been to a hotel like this. Melissa at the front desk was exceptional, and professional and had great recommendations. I loved that there was parking.

Folks there are very nice. The space is generally clean and orderly. The parking lot is small but we were able to get a spot. Room was clean and comfortable.

We were at the same hotel in early June and 1 of the 2 elevators was broken. It is still broken. This means riding up/down potentially with garbage, etc. I would prefer, given how much any hotel costs, to not have to do that. And when busy, having only 1 small elevator is ridiculous.
