The parking was spacious and convenient, and the facilities were great for the price. The staff were very friendly. I could use the coffee machine in the lobby to get hot water. The breakfast, with waffles, bread, fruit, and eggs, was just as good as anywhere else.

During our 4-day stay, the last night was quite noisy since the soundproofing wasn’t good. Even though it was a family room, there wasn’t a proper table and chairs for us to sit around together. Getting to Manhattan was a bit inconvenient because we had to transfer between the bus and subway. If you’re heading to the airport in the morning, it’s better to leave early because of traffic.

First and foremost, meeting Kimisha. She was at the desk and what a bright ray of sunshine she is! That in itself started our stay off spectacular! The room was fantastic! Very clean - the bathroom was loaded with plenty of towels - overall it was excellent!

Could have an extra designated elevator for the housekeeping and maintenance staff. It was difficult waiting and waiting because each time the elevator would stop at the lobby level we couldn't fit into the elevator because housekeeping and their work carts took up all the space. That was the only downside.

The price was very good for the time of the year we went to NY (new Year), the hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious, it is the regular American hotel that doesn’t disappoint you. The continental and unlimited breakfast included was also really good considering the price of the food in NY.

It’s quite tricky to get to Manhattan from the hotel by public transportation as the subway doesn’t go that far. There are still buses that allow you to move to the closest subway station but it is thus slower.

Clean, nice staff. Breakfast is self-serve and not that big but delicious. Waffles were really good. Coffee was good.

One of the two beds in our room was broken. Every time you applied a small amount of pressure or moved on the bed, it would squeak extremely loudly. Luckily, we only needed one bed and used the other. The parking situation was frustrating. There was a good amount of parking, but the staff was letting 4 trucks take up 10 spots, leaving it limited.

Room was clean, stay was very comfortable. Plenty of parking, they offer breakfast in the morning, and despite being fully booked, the hotel was quiet and comfy! The staff was so kind and understanding (me and my friends overslept and they gave us an extra hour to check out 🫶🏽) would definitely stay again, but check out on time of course! 😅❤️

The facility is clean The staff was great. The hotel had a electric issue , But finally they got it right.At first I was upset, But when you think about it. Issues can arise at any time. So in all we were satisfied with the stay .

The lack of lighting was unfortunate. But in all still a great deal.

I liked the location. The hotel is pretty quiet and clean. The staff are SUPER nice.

The only thing I can say I didn't like, which really isn't a big deal since we were a little late getting downstairs. There was almost nothing left for breakfast, but like I said we were a little late.

This is my third time at this property. First because location is convenient for both sides of family that live in queens and manhattan. Second the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I needed a shower chair and within five minutes they had one for me. Room was clean and comfortable. Looking forward to another stay.

The front desk receptionist Kimisha was very nice and helpful. She was awesome. So was the rest of the staff. The breakfast choices were great. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was nice and clean.

There was no patio or a nice private area to hang out with chairs.

I was not told when checking in that there would be a full deposit amount of what I paid for the night I stayed at the hotel. $100 for a deposit is normal but not $300. I know I will be getting the deposit back but that’s something you should tell the guest that $600 would be taken out of their account.
