It is located very close to metro and bus stations at 1-2 stops from Manhattan (buses Q60 and Q32, metro E, etc.). You can take the metro or bus very easily from Queens Plaza (7 minutes walking) or the nearest station at 3 minutes walking. The neighborhood looks safe. If you arrive by plane on JFK you can take the Air train to Jamaica station and from there metro E or Q60 (check the buses map because starting from late June 2025 the routes in Queens are changing). The hotel is very nice and looks almost new. The room was cleaned everyday, the towels can be changed at request. Our room and bathroom were big. And the walk-in shower was very good! The staff is very friendly and kind. In the lobby you have an area where you can get free water, tea and coffee and also a space where you can eat your food. I don't think they serve breakfast, but they sell some snacks at reception. On the streets around the hotel you will find stores, coffee shops and restaurants.

We stayed in two rooms, both looked great, it's just that the first one (8th floor) had bedbugs (the other room, on 9th floor was just brilliant, in every regard). On the other hand, bedbugs are a general problem of NYC, so it's always a matter of luck if hotel willl have them or not.

It was just what one needs, efficiently packaged. Quality materials have been used. Slightly aged, but perfectly acceptable. There's coffee and tea available each morning from 7-9. A nice patio is available to chill in good weather. One unique feature I appreciate is the ultraviolet light in the bathroom. It's conveniently located, an easy walk to buses and subway that take one to Manhattan. Nearby food choices were not exceptional, so I suggest eating closer to Queens Courtyard.

I thought 4 PM was late enough to check in, but my room was not ready. No biggie, I grabbed dinner nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were super friendly and the 24/7 reception was very helpful. We especially loved having access to water, coffee, and tea at any time — such a nice bonus. The room was comfortable, with a big bed and a spacious balcony that had a beautiful view.

The only downsides were the Wi-Fi, which barely worked during our stay, and the limited power outlets — we had to unplug lamps or reach behind the bed to charge our devices.

I liked the city view from the room, they have king-sized beds for an affordable upgrade process plus has a balcony! There was daily housekeeping & the hotel was close to public transportation (2stops away from the city/trains that go to the JFK)

Hallway and room walls were dirty, had scuff marks and drill holes. The carpets was stained and felt grimy- I wouldn’t recommend you walk barefoot. There is no utensils in the common area, the beverage canisters for tea/coffee were lukewarm, not hot. Staff were cordial but not that friendly - most do not acknowledge or greet you.

Great location, Subway station to Centre of NYC only a 4min walk down the street!!!

The hotel is 2 blocks away from the Subway about 8 minutes walking. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Central Park using the subway. There’re restaurant options nearby the hotel. We recommend Cafe Xochimilco The bedrooms are small but very clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job every morning to clean the room. We had a very good sleep. Beds very comfortable! Good water pressure in the shower with all the toiletries needed. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helped us in every way they could.

It is not central, however just a subway ride away to the central. The hotel is small, had a nice view from our 7th floor and very convenient to have a subway station only a few minutes away.

The area is quiet in the evening and maybe we did not venture around to see what else it could offer. However, we used to spend most of our days outside so no real issue.

Good location near subway, food market and restaurant, comfortable room, nice and helpful staff. Excellent shower with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. No breakfast, only caffee and hot water for tea, but near is located food market to purchase the food and to eat in an eating place near the lobby.

Terrible Wi-Fi!!! Please do something with that!!!
