Room was clean and big enough. Breakfast was good for the price we paid for the hotel room, it's the same every day, but it's great Excellent location, really close to a subway stop, you're in Manhattan in now time. Services at the hotel are great, being able to deliver packages is great and they have the ability to store luggage. Beds are comfortable.

The hotel is situated in an area with a lot of social housing, some people might feel uncomfortable with that, I personally had no trouble and at no point felt unsafe. They accidentally double charged me on my card, it was fixed properly and I think it would have been corrected regardless, but it felt pretty sloppy.

We stayed at this hotel and were very satisfied. The building is relatively new, clean, and well-maintained — no signs of wear or aging. The rooms and common areas are pleasant and comfortable. The staff is friendly and efficient. One of the highlights was the fast and stable internet connection. The location is also very convenient: just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and you can reach the heart of Manhattan in about 15 minutes. A great option for a comfortable stay in New York City.

The only downside was the neighborhood — it could definitely be better. It’s not the cleanest or safest area, and I wouldn’t recommend walking around late at night. That said, the locals seemed generally friendly toward hotel guests, at least at first glance.

I stayed here for a week and had a mixed experience. The staff was generally friendly and helpful (especially the guys, who were great), though a few of the girls at the desk seemed to carry some attitude. The room itself could have been much cleaner. I noticed sticky spots on the floor, found three old “Do Not Disturb” signs behind the bathroom door, and even some items left under the bed from previous guests. When I requested cleaning service, they took the used towels but never brought new ones back, especially the towel for make up remover. Breakfast was okay, but for the price point I would have expected better protein options. The parking situation was also inconvenient, only couple spots at the front, though I do understand it’s a busy, central location. Overall, while the hotel has potential and the staff kept things professional, the cleanliness and follow-through need more attention before I’d call it a solid find. Surprisingly all that was mentioned above was just an observation and didn’t really bother me to the core, hands the higher score.

Parking, breakfast

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast crew in the morning were always on their "A-Game" refilling low stocked items. The housekeeping staff was always friendly and took pride in their work. The room was small, but the space was very well used.

I really can't think of something I didn't like. The location was not in the best neighborhood, but I never felt unsafe. There just wasn't a lot of shopping to be done near by, I had to go to Astoria to shop. That isn't a deal breaker because the bus and subway were nearby and very easy to get around.

The hotel is well furnished, clean, and conveniently located close to a subway which is very close to the middle of Manhattan and runs 24hrs a day. Staff were helpful and friendly. My room was warm, comfy, and had all amenities I'd hope for.

There's an issue with the deposit - first they couldn't take it and threatened to cancel the reservation, even though it was secured through booking.com, then they say they can't refund it to my card. Sure, the immediate vicinity of the hotel is a poorer neighbourhood, and the breakfast is crazy crowded; but you won't get a room in a hotel this nice so close to Manhattan at the price, and this is the trade-off. It wouldn't stop me staying again.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. 7 minutes walking from queensbridge station and quiet at night. It feels safe walking at night even if there are not many shops around. Changed towels every day and room was very warm. The bed was big and very comfortable. Breakfast was good with buffet choice of waffles, bagels, scrumbled eggs, sausage, youghurt, juices and some fruit. The waitress was very attentive and kept refilling. There was no cheese or ham though.

I missed cappuccino, espresso and caffelatte at breakfast. Hotel would be superb if offered this. American coffe is not great(sorry)

The staff was very kind and helpful, we enjoyed our stay there and felt safe inside the hotel. My family had nothing but good things to say about the stay as well. The breakfast was convenient and one less expense to worry about during our stay. It only took us about 20 minutes to get to the NYPL including walking to the subway! Also the price was better than what you’d find in the city and worth it because it didn’t take too long from our hotel to get there.

Outside of the hotel the area was a little sketchy but not too bad. I’d probably stay here again!

Very good, clean hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast wasn't so great, not too many options but if you grab a bagle with soft cheese cream and coffee it will at least keep you for the first couple of hours until you get to a decent breakfast place 🙂 as everyone said area is not very welcoming but no problems whatsoever, everyone minds their own business. In general, it was a very good stay and I would use that hotel again.

The room was nice and spacious. It was well-lit and offered a nice view on Long Island City from the 15th floor. The bed was comfortable with proper pillows, and the shower was also good. Cleaning happened every day, even if we had to postpone it due to a late start. The staff at the front desk is absolutely wonderful and very helpful.

The A/C in our room was extremely loud. I don't think it was necessarily a malfunction, but it sounded like a fridge on steroids with a blow-off sound like a truck when it disengaged. I was able to sleep through it, but I don't think everyone could. Furthermore, the breakfast area was kind of small. There were two days where I couldn't even sit because all the seating was taken already. Lastly, the hotel is in a bit of a sketchy area. I wouldn't call it bad, and never felt particularly unsafe, but there's definitely always something happening in the direct vicinity.

Everything was very new and clean. The stuff is very friendly. They provided me with everything I needed with no extra charge. There is a free breakfast and it is very delicious.

The building is great, but the location is terrible. There is social housing area nearby and it is very scary to be outside after sunset. The neighbourhood is very dirty and unsafe. I used Uber and doordash because walking in that area is not worth it
