Location is good, close to subway station and Manhattan. Room is comfortable and cozy. Staff gave us coffee pods and cups each time we asked, which was very convenient.

Deposit is nightmare with this hotel. they suppose to charge USD 400 for deposit which told us while we were checking in but they charged hotel price plus deposit fee for deposit while we checked out. and it took 30 days sharp to refund the all the amount which took all my credit card line for a month. i couldn't use my credit card until i got the refund, this was not cool, don't pay with your credit card!

Really lovely hotel and great price for its location! Really comfy beds and pillows. 20 Min Uber to central Manhattan or 30 min Subway ride. The hotel food was amazing! We had dinner one night, as we arrived late from the airport, and the food was really good - we recommend the Fish & Chips. They have a small 'shop' next to the reception with drinks and snacks and it's open 24hrs which was really good too. The soundproofing from outside noise was really good, there's a subway track nearby and it's very loud with the windows open but as soon as you close the windows you can't hear a thing. We were also right next to the lifts, but again we heard nothing!

The only things we experienced negatively was the loud people right outside our door that woke us up both nights.

The location of the hotel in near 2 subway station, so its easy to reach everything you need. The neighborhood is very safe, you can easily walk around in the night. The staff is very friendly.

The room is very small for a family of 4. If you make the sofa bed there is almost no space to walk around the beds. I made a reservation for 4 person (2 child and 2 adults) and when we came in the room the bed for kids wasn't prepared. There even were no towels for them. We have to ask the reception for towels and same happends eveytime where the maid clean the room (3 times). They didn't leave as enough towels (just 2 instead of 4)

Very clean, and extremely convenient location. You're literally a minute from the closest subway line with a 24/7 cafe next door that serves great bagels, wraps, smoothies and all kinds of snacks. The gym facilities were great, internal laundry was a real convenience as well. Would stay here again for sure.

Responsiveness of staff to questions via booking.com were pretty slow. We'd messaged ahead to enquire about early check in, but never got a reply. We did get to check in early when we arrived anyway so no big issue.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to a subway station which makes it easy to reach Manhattan very quickly and it takes about twenty minutes by public transport to reach La Guardia airport. Furthermore, this is an affordable and clean place to stay. But the best thing about this hotel is its staff. Everybody was incredibly kind and sweet.

There are only two elevators and they work based on a very strange logic, so especially during the morning peak hour, it is normal to wait for five or even more minutes until one of them arrives.

The property is fairly new and well kept. Staff were professional, welcoming, thoughtful and kind. The room was well appointed and had fridge and a microwave. The location of this propety is very convienient. IThis area was recently developed within the last 5 years. Many new buildings, shopping and dining options are open. Its very close to transportation. A 2 min walk to the subway to take you into New York City for a show or nightlife. Or you can take the subway a few stops in the opposite direction and head out to interesting diverse parts of Queens for great dining.

First night we stayed in a room with a queen and a sofa bed. When you open the sofa bed, there is no room between the queen and end of the sofa bed. Those kind of rooms should not be sold for 3 adults. Thanks to the reception guy that he changed the room with a room with 2 queen beds.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by your front office staff during my recent stay at your hotel. Although I regrettably forgot her name, the special duty manager lady was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my visit. The hotel's convenient location near coffee shops, Halal foods, and train stations made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the assistance and positive attitude of all the staff members, as well as the excellent room accommodations.

The staff were unbelievably helpful and pleasant and very knowledgeable. The food was outstanding, from the breakfast to the restaurant that offered dinner. The overall appearance and cleanliness was top notch. The extra touches that were provided were a welcome addition. Example : offering cookies and flavored water in the lobby, holding our luggage until the room was ready because we got there early. We would definitely stay here again.
