The hotel is very conveniently located close to a subway station which makes it easy to reach Manhattan very quickly and it takes about twenty minutes by public transport to reach La Guardia airport. Furthermore, this is an affordable and clean place to stay. But the best thing about this hotel is its staff. Everybody was incredibly kind and sweet.

There are only two elevators and they work based on a very strange logic, so especially during the morning peak hour, it is normal to wait for five or even more minutes until one of them arrives.

The location of the hotel in near 2 subway station, so its easy to reach everything you need. The neighborhood is very safe, you can easily walk around in the night. The staff is very friendly.

The room is very small for a family of 4. If you make the sofa bed there is almost no space to walk around the beds. I made a reservation for 4 person (2 child and 2 adults) and when we came in the room the bed for kids wasn't prepared. There even were no towels for them. We have to ask the reception for towels and same happends eveytime where the maid clean the room (3 times). They didn't leave as enough towels (just 2 instead of 4)

The property is fairly new and well kept. Staff were professional, welcoming, thoughtful and kind. The room was well appointed and had fridge and a microwave. The location of this propety is very convienient. IThis area was recently developed within the last 5 years. Many new buildings, shopping and dining options are open. Its very close to transportation. A 2 min walk to the subway to take you into New York City for a show or nightlife. Or you can take the subway a few stops in the opposite direction and head out to interesting diverse parts of Queens for great dining.

Location was good by being very close to the Queens Place metro station Reception was helpful to change the first room The room with 2 queen beds was OK for 3 adults

First night we stayed in a room with a queen and a sofa bed. When you open the sofa bed, there is no room between the queen and end of the sofa bed. Those kind of rooms should not be sold for 3 adults. Thanks to the reception guy that he changed the room with a room with 2 queen beds.

Very clean, and extremely convenient location. You're literally a minute from the closest subway line with a 24/7 cafe next door that serves great bagels, wraps, smoothies and all kinds of snacks. The gym facilities were great, internal laundry was a real convenience as well. Would stay here again for sure.

Responsiveness of staff to questions via booking.com were pretty slow. We'd messaged ahead to enquire about early check in, but never got a reply. We did get to check in early when we arrived anyway so no big issue.

The location is excellent, there is an E subway stop right at the door and the 7 line is close by. Very easy to get to Manhattan. The staff is very friendly and very open to help in your needs. There is a convenience store almost next door where you can get breakfast if you don´t want to pay the hotel fee. We had dinner once at the hotel and the food was very good.

The room was a little bit small for 3 persons, when we opened the sofa bed there was very little space to walk. But the location and price made it worthy.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by your front office staff during my recent stay at your hotel. Although I regrettably forgot her name, the special duty manager lady was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my visit. The hotel's convenient location near coffee shops, Halal foods, and train stations made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the assistance and positive attitude of all the staff members, as well as the excellent room accommodations.

Hotel was in good location, very convenient to subway into Manhattan. It is also a short ride from LGA without having to cross any bridges, thus less traffic and cheaper cab fare. Room was clean, comfortable and nicely laid out. I especially liked the chair with an ottoman (king room) and the walk-in shower. I am a senior woman who was traveling alone and felt safe in the hotel and immediate surroundings. Front desk staff were pleasant and happy to help. Breakfast (while not free and more expensive than advertised) was delicious. Room rate was a fraction of the cost of the same hotel in Manhattan. I would definitely stay here again!

The pillows were not to my liking. Even though I had four pillows to choose from none of them had any support. A variety of different size/content pillows would be nice. The ice machine was only on one floor, which was very inconvenient.

The location was perfect. There's a small supermarket (Hudson Food Market) less than a minute walk away. The subway station is also about a minute walk away. The staff was lovely.

We were given the room keys and just had to figure out on our own how to get to the room. There was no explanation of how to use the elevator (found out from another guest while in the elevator that you first have to scan the room key). The shower door wasn't leak proof so there was always a puddle of water outside the shower to clean up after each shower.

Location was good for our needs, and clean. We were in town for a friend's birthday and were expecting to take rideshares to get around, so being near public transportation wasn't necessary for us. The Hilton is slightly off a main-ish road so it always felt safe when cars were picking us up and dropping us off. The room was clean.

The bed situation is a queen bed plus a sofa bed but the room is a little on the small side - when the softa bed is open, it actually fully touches the queen bed and there's no space to walk around it. Since we were only staying for 1 night, we didn't let it bother us much but heads up for others who might be staying longer.
