The room was really big and nice and clean the bathroom was a plus it was super big.

To find parking was Horrible it took us 45 mins to find a parking.

Location was excellent-right near the trains into and out of Manhattan. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. You could even park your car in the garage that was a couple of blocks away for about $20 a night.

No immediate parking (to be expected in New York). Also, if you are not used to it, there are a lot of people of all types milling around at all hours of the evening.

The property has no breakfast. There's Caffe Bene down the street which is great! You can people watch there. The location is great since one can dine at various Nepalese and Tibetan restaurants on or near Roosevelt Ave, and it takes little time to connect from or to La Guardia and JFK by taxi. JFK has an air train which I haven't checked out other than at the airport itself. Also, Queens Public Library is just over a block away. At Elmhurst, I asked for some extra time and so I learned that they do have a lobby restroom and a baggage storage. The receptionist really listened to me and offered me even more options which I chose to decline. Etc. They receptionist calls for a taxi when you're ready to leave the hotel. It comes in minutes.

Size of room and bathroom--both large. Liked there was a staircase to use. Location for our purposes was excellent. A/C worked great. WiFi was excellent. Room service was pretty good (but see 'didn't like, below)--fresh towels daily which is not something many places do anymore. Staff was friendly.

The soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were empty or didn't work. Staff gave us a cup of each but apparently couldn't refill the dispensers (maybe the key got lost?). No hairdryer.

Location just round the corner of 7 metro line, with many eateries around and very large landromat 2 doors away so convenience is 10/10. Very safe 10/10 and comfortable 10/10 hotel, room very clean although housekeeping may miss 1 day and some small items but no issue once we alert reception. Reception was great and always alert of guests entering or leaving so that was great assurance on safety within hotel, again 10/10. Neighbourhood felt very safe too. Was on 5th floor room facing metro line but had no problem sleeping with the metro noise which is barely audible. Best part is the hotel rate which I believe is the best rate for NYC area 3-star rated hotels 10/10 again.

TV did not work but did not matter to me and did not alert reception as I spent most of the time outside of hotel.

There wasn't a breakfast. Loved the view from my window with Manhattan in the distance. The bed was comfortable.

When I was checking out with my bag at 11:00 this morning, the elevator had failed. I and another man on the same floor had to carry our bags down nine floors. Not a fun ending to the stay. The bathroom shower stall had no shelf to put shampoo, etc. on. Had to put them on the floor. Also, there was no towel rack to put a wet towel on in the bathroom.

The hotel is very good for the price. It was clean (ish), the location is very good (next to 7 Line - 1 minute, and many more subway lines in 6-7 minutes walk), the neighborhood was very decent (safe and with lots of stores and restaurants open into the night).

We got a room with a back view and at about 8 AM we need to turn the A/C on (when it was a sunny day) because it got really hot. So if you can chose...go for the street view room. I think the hotel room is rented also by the hour so this can be unpleasant for some guests. There isn't a storage room to leave your luggage for a couple of hours (it isn't an obligation fron the hotel part, but it can be a nice thing).

I was please with the location. Many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The room was very comfortable. I would stay at your hotel again.

I do have a couple of suggestions for you. 1) For customers who drive and are not from NY, information for parking garages around the neighborhood would have been very helpful, specially during the night where the hotel's street is packed. 2) Perhaps a couple of instructions on how to use the shower can be posted, this would have been helpful as well. Everything else was great! Thank you!

A nice clean safe hotel in Jackson Heights. It’s affordable and quality. I’ve lived here for 15 years. It’s important to know there’s good housing for friends and family in the neighborhood.

Very live district with 2 min walk distance to the metro. Decent cafes, food shops and facilities around.

Train noise during the night. Furniture is a little old and requires renewal.
