We had to stay for two nights after our flight was canceled. The hotel staff were great, breakfast was good, kids enjoyed the pool, fitness center was nice, and the rooms were clean.

The only issue we had was the hotel had no heat in any common areas like the hallways, lobby, restaurant and breakfast area. It was 15 degrees outside and you could see your breath in the hallways. You had to bundle up like you were going outside to sit at the restaurant and eat.

Great friendly and helpful staff! China was great both on the phone PRIOR to our arrival AND while there. Kenneth and Sandra were both very nice and helpful too. Nice waitstaff at breakfast in the mornings too. Definitely will be back at Hampton Inn!

Delayed on getting me extra towels and washcloths on 2 different days even when called ahead of stay to request them…but not a big deal comparably to all else being great.

Easy place to stay when traveling to New York! Less than 5 minutes from the airport and they offer a free shuttle. We arrived early from our flight so we knew it could be a possibility our room wasn’t ready yet. After checking, they did have our room ready about 12pm. We were very grateful since we did have two kids under 6 traveling with us.

I had an afternoon flight at LGA that was moved to the following morning. In a panic, I booked this hotel when I was in the airport. Relieved to know they not only had availability, but also had a shuttle that picked me up from the terminal (hotel is a stone throw away from LGA). Though my time was short, the hotel was clean, safe, and affordable.

The BREAKFAST was nice! THOSE STRAWBERRY WAFFLES....da bomb! The staff were wonderful! The shuttle service and driver were wonderful as well.

There was only one elevator, so long waits. One elevator was down. It was nice, but the decor was a little dated. It could definitely use an upgrade.

Large room and restroom. Extremely clean. Close to airport. Loved the airport shuttle access. Nice staff.

Check-in was okay, despite the fact I was never told I was being charged a deposit on top of the room charge before my card was run. It wasn't an issue, but it would've been nice to know in advance. Went to ask the front desk for a toothbrush, but they were all out even though it's listed all over the room that they had them available. Breakfast was very limited and looked mediocre.

The staff was polite and very accommodating. Breakfast is very good. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will be definitely coming back. The shuttle service to and from the airport was timely and efficient.

Awesome room location! Top floor with view of Manhattan (lower to upper), LaGuardia Airport across the streets, George Washington Bridge in the distance and the immediate neighborhood below. Very cool to see airplanes coming in for landing so close it totally took me by surprise.

Wonderful staff, incredibly convenient shuttle, lovely rooms and breakfast. There is a pool across the street that was very refreshing after a long flight.

The price was a little expensive for my tastes, but it is New York and I did book last minute (flight cancellation). Also, the coffee maker in the room was confusing.

Swimming pool was big, clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful! Our flight arrived early, we were let in to our room a couple hours before check in! Breakfast was outstanding
