Excellent location in nice neighborhood only 15mins from the center of Manhattan. The metro station is 5min walk. A lot of groceries and restaurants around.

There was no nice view from our room. The breakfast was not good as we expected, definitely needs to upgrade the variety. The breakfast hall is small and it is too crowded and not enough tables.

The location was great. The area was safe to walk around and close to subway lines (we took M and 7 - both going to Manhattan). Our rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and it was quiet. The standing shower was a nice touch, especially for my elderly parents. We slept well at night. The hotel does have a small lot with limited parking spots next to it. Breakfast was complimentary and good. Lastly, the staff were helpful and attentive. We had two reservations back to back, and the staff made their best efforts to accommodate us and even bring the luggage to our room once it was available.

Despite being surrounded by Asian restaurants and small shops, we still prefer the Manhattan’s food choices.

Very good location - near to plenty of eateries including Chipotle, Taiwan cafe etc. Trader Joes for grocers and subway stations - Queensboro Plaza, Queens Plaza and Courts Sq - all within walking distance. The combined subway lines brings you most places in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Breakfast includes hot items - sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs which are rotated for variety. The Tacos cafe opposite hotel has a 1-for-1 taco promotion on Tuesdays. Good value!

Amazing location! I felt safe walking around the area at all times of the day (whether it would be early in the morning or midnight). The hotel was also super close to a couple of subway stations, which made it very convenient to get around. My hotel room was also very clean and comfortable with a nice view of the Queens neighbourhood. The breakfast was decent too.

The only thing is I wished the breakfast had more choices (such as also having turkey and chicken options) and ran longer (such as 10:30am) since I feel 9:00am is a little early to finish.

The staff did above and beyond. Our flight was red eye and arrived early and we asked the front desk if it's possible to check in early just and they said they will try their best at least at noon. so, we waited at the lobby as breakfast was getting ready to put away, one of the kitchen staff, I wish I remembered her name was awfully nice and serve us breakfast. That was a great start. We knew then that we booked at the right hotel. We are a member. I booked 2 reservations. My sister and mom also arrived early. And, we asked for an adjoining room, and they said, it's not available. So, finally our room was ready and belly full. We went to our room, and I saw it was an adjoining room. The cleaning crew just got done with that room and I asked if its empty and available and they said yes. Nice housekeeping crew, very polite and accommodating. So, I went down to the front desk and ask if we could have that room and it is ready. She said, somebody is checking in that room. So, we were bummed. My elderly mom and we waited at the lobby for at least 30 minutes then the front desk said that the manager said we can have the adjoining room. Yay!!! What a fabulous start. The breakfast is impressive. The only negative is the coffee. Most hotels we stayed; coffee stays out all morning. I mean, we travel a lot for work. I don't speak for me but for the flight attendant that came in at 9.10 and everything was put away to include the Coffee. She was not happy, she said she is 60 years old, and she need her coffee lol. I love the location because it is short walk to my daughter that lives in the Bevel Apartment. The reason, we were there is because she graduated at CUNY Law on the 23rd. Some of our family member stayed at other hotels in the area and ours is the best of all. We are pretty happy and satisfied from our stay. Great Staff, very clean, great selection/ choices on breakfast and great kitchen and housekeeping staff.

Leave coffee and hot water in the morning instead of putting them away after breakfast.

This was a trip for my parents and I headed they were treated very good. I’m really happy if this news since it can be tricky to know what kind of experience they would have. they mention the room was very big and I would definitely book again.

The room was a really good size for new york. I liked that there was a mini fridge and ice bucket in the room. The room had a nice view of a karl lagerfeld mural and love tall buildings. House keeping was done everyday to a high standard unless you decided you would not like anyone in your room which was respected. You could make your own waffles during breakfast.

Tv didnt have access to netflix or disney+ and i didnt like the american tv channels as they had the same movies on every day. The coffee machine didnt work, as a non coffee or tea drinker i wish hot chocolate was provided in rooms. The bed wasn't comfy and i had trouble sleeping on the pillows as they were very flat. The breakfast was very basic - but im used to european breakfast so maybe our standards are higher. The ice machine was very loud and would wake me up at 3am with people using it. Booking.com says check out was at 12 pm but it was actually at 11am, so i had to leave my luggage at hotel and wonder about for a while.

Nice clean, comfortable hotel room. There was 3 of us in a room so the sofa-bed was used, which wasn't bad! Breakfast was a fairly typical American breakfast, constantly restocked and cleaned, with slightly different options per day. Concierge and housekeeping teams were very helpful and kept rooms clean every day. Good location - lots of local food options, quieter and comfortable, with easy access to Brooklyn and Manhattan too.

We missed breakfast one day cause we got confused about the weekend vs the weekday, for a family of 5 that is a lot, so we had to go without breakfast. The coffee in the room was not great. Some guidance about transportation to the city and surroundings or restaurants would have been great.

A lovely hotel for visits to the area. The onsite parking garage simplified our stay and the room was spacious, clean and quiet. The provided toiletries were some of the best I have used. Short walk to Queensboro station to access Manhattan quickly and safely. The food served at the hotel is basic hotel fare but there are plentiful options nearby if you are interested in more variety.
