Our stay was great! I loved the layout being "outdoor focused" and we had mostly good weather which made that nice. The outdoor patio, basketball court, walk to the lobby, (outdoor pool wasn't open yet) all suited my preferences and the separated buildings helped the room to feel very private, secluded, and quiet. The full kitchen was GREAT. Loved having the flexibility to prepare meals onsite. The area around felt quiet and safe. The price was fantastic but it didn't feel like a "budget" option, it was very comfortable and clean.

The only small inconvenience was having few bath towels available - we were there for a soccer tournament so my son and his friend needed to shower often, and for some reason we couldn't get too many more when we asked, so they frequently used a damp one. Not a huge deal. I would stay here again for sure, and would just bring extra towels from home.

The hotel, including common areas, is very clean. Flooring is like new. Kitchen appliances are complete. Parking is easy. WiFi is very good. I did not eat breakfast at this Sonesta ES because leaving early each morning. The breakfast at the Blue Ash Sonesta ES is full and excellent.

The cutlery is missing some things. Some china is also missing. Best to bring your own plastic cutlery and paper china. Closet hangers are either too few or missing. Bring your own plastic hangers.

Jennifer at the front desk was excellent and very kind and courteous however a second shift employee was as courteous and seems she didn't know the area very well she couldn't recommend or suggest a location to go to a pharmacy or a bank etc. She did not smile at all. She actually was kind of rude at all 5 encounters with her. She knew her job but no people skills. No pillows and the 2 I had were pancakes!

The phone in the room didn't work and guests are not allowed to use the phone! No ice machine. Housekeeping didn't have a English speaking employee nor could you get any replacement dish soap

The location and the design of the suite and amenities. The carpet needs a good cleaning and the ceiling fan had a lot of dsust on it.

Maintenance should have cleared the stairs due to the amount of snow and ice on them. The sidewalks were salted but not the stairs which could have been a serious problem due to the fact that there was a couple of elderly people that had to go up and down and hold on to the snowy rails for their safety. Stairs wewre icy from top to bottom.

Loved having a studio type stay, I thought the bed was in its own room. The fridge has an ice maker, lots of cooking stuff if needed. Bath room was big, we booked a handicapped room but son went to his sister’s instead.

If we had him being in the back with the sidewalks would have been hairy. The lack of close shopping and lots of nearby restaurants was not an issue at all. It was quieter.

The clerk for the night shift was awesome hotel is clean I didn't feel so safe at first it's a lot of running in and out but I guess it's to be expected holiday time and people just having fun I guess but it was nice I like because it's got a kitchen so you can cook if you need to but I only stayed one night so I did get a chance to cook cuz I checked in at 3:00 a.m. and have to leave by 11:00 and I'm still a little tired for overall it's okay

Excellent coffee. I was surprised they had a breakfast. It was basic but for the price you can't beat the value. The highway is close and a bit noisy but not bad at all. Plus there was a full sized refrigerator with an ice maker.

The heat was a little all over the place. Too hot and cold. I think the thermostat could use an upgrade. But it's a real furnace/AC unit and not a PTAC unit. That was really good.

I liked the size of the room. The staff was incredibly friendly. I felt safe in my room.

The shower head only had 2 settings: as strong as a fire hose or a single stream. The mattress was not comfortable and the pillows were way too big. I wish there had been a hot breakfast served, but at least we got breakfast.

Great location just off the highway. Lots of room with a full kitchen. Friendly staff. Very quiet. I did not hear any of my neighbors.

It's been a while since they've been updated. Carpet had some stains that had obviously been there quite a while. Some odd light switch placements that took a few minutes to figure out, and not many conveniently placed outlets.

The staff on every shift were pleasant, friendly and competent. Being disabled in a hotel isn't always easy, but here, it was perfect! I felt very safe, the room had everything necessary for a good stay! Thank you.

The free breakfast was good, but oooh, getting there before 9 am was difficult! I wouldn't be opposed to free brunch instead.
