Staff were very welcoming, they got us checked in quickly so we could go about our business. Parking was excellent, being close to the front door made it convenient for us because my wife uses a walker.

The carpets need to replaced, and the tile in the shower room needs to be re-grouted. Also when I went down one of the stairways, when I got to the bottom, I could not exit to the first floor, and was directed to go to the next level down to exit, but that door would not open. This is a fire danger for anyone trying to exit by this stairway. The stairway at the other side of the building was fine.

The breakfast was very bad. There are no options for a diabetic person, everything is high in carbs. No eggs, bacon, ham, sausage , no diabetic friendly items, other than the coffee. The staff of the breakfast room is amazing. I don’t blame them for the quality (lack of, therefore) , they work with what they have. But the staff was super nice and service oriented.

Maybe consider that some guests can’t have only bread and sugary stuff?

Conveniently located, plenty of parking, fairly easy check in, comfortable rooms, relatively clean rooms.

Lack of selection of items for breakfast, before the pandemic the assortment of food items were fantastic, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. We used to enjoy eating breakfast at the hotel but now always go out to eat. Also at night your entrance to the property is hard to see, could use some lighting.

Black mold around the faucet control, and orange gunk at the ends of the grab bar. I asked for it to be cleaned. The black mold was removed, but not the orange gunk around the grab bar. Carpet is very worn out. Breakfast just needs bacon added to it.

I love the cleanliness and appointments of the rooms. Very pleasing and relaxing. No jarring colors, everything is well-made and arranged to be the most accessible.

I tried calling the desk to report a running toilet but no one would answer the phone. After 5 tries, I gave up and just adjusted the arm inside the tank each time I flushed the toilet. Then reported the toilet at checkout. The staff was polite and nice, they just did not answer the phone.

This is a huge hotel. It has what appeared to be a full service restaurant, now used for the free breakfast, which was good . Also a nice bar and lounge which might still be in use. Too bad there! We were there mid week. Lots of space not being utilized.

It is a bit off the beaten path. This was good for continuing our trip farther south but not so good for surrounding restaurants within walking distance. After 400 miles that day, more driving was not an option.

I always stay here whenever I'm in Portland. Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is free, lot is well lit. Close to restaurants and shopping and the MAX Light Rail is also nearby. Great value for the area! Highly recommend!

The bed is too firm for me, but I prefer a soft bed. Do not let that deter you!

The place and location was awesome for the purpose of my visit because it was close to the funeral home …. I been to this hotel awhile back and the breakfast bar was great but now it has down grade and hardly met any of my needs … awhile back they had sausage and eggs and potato ….

Clean, quiet, exceptional friendly staff-very helpful

I really liked the friendliness of the staff. Gina in the breakfast service went out of her way to serve the clientele. She is incredibly gracious and enthusiastic! I also like the “two strikes” policy on room to room noise. The property is really quiet

The only disappointment was was the food available for breakfast. No eggs or meat, only waffles, cereal, fruit. Lady running it was great, happy, friendly. Kept it very clean asked everyone if they were OK and needed anything. She was great just disappointed in no eggs or meat.
