Breakfast was well done everyday (three days) and was within what you would expect from this level hotel. The meals were hot, the waffle machine was awesome and the bacon crisp. The eggs were omelets with orange cheese. It was clean, organized and, as this is a smaller hotel, it was never crowded. The location was awesome! So close to the things we want to see and do. Strasburg and the Strasburg railroad were 10 minutes away. Many antiques markets were nearby and the were even a couple of fun microbreweries nearby. You are really in the Pennsylvania Dutch country and there is so much to see and do. The room was clean and the bathroom was very roomy and modern. The shower was awesome and we have really hot water.

Not big on smaller pillows, but that is the way hotels are going now. I'm nitpicking but there really was not much to dislike. It is difficult to get in and out of the entrance and the highway is double yellow line and you need to drive a little to an intersection or business to turn around.

Desk was never staffed. No bell. Had to wait and call and wait and call louder for someone to finally come out to assist. However staff were friendly and helpful. I think the issue is they have to multitask so there is no dedicated desk person. Because there was no one at the desk I left a note for cleaning services. This was ignored, no cleaning service was provided.

We loved the location. We love the fact that the hotel was extremely clean. I shower was updated and the bed was very comfortable. The room looked very nice. The hotel presented well when we first walked in. We were impressed by how it looks when you first walk inside.

The only thing that I didn't like was the Continental Breakfast. Breakfast was crowded with no space to sit down. Limited selection of food. For example, hot breakfast wasn't available at the time that we arrived. We didn't see many choices like cereal, muffins, grits, fruit, pastry or oatmeal. Waffle maker was already being used by large party of people who took over the breakfast area. Breakfast Dining area was tight and small. The room we stayed in had a plastic bag hanging over the fire alarm? We didn't touch it because we thought it was there for a reason.

The property was well maintained. The bed was comfortable, breakfast, with hot and cold options, was included and the indoor pool and exercise room were as shown in the photos. The staff were helpful and pleasant. It was nice to see horse-drawn buggies passing the property. As Choice members we were able to get a late checkout.

The room we had faced the road and we could hear the tractor trailer air brakes. The sound was not as frequent overnight. We would request a room on the opposite side of the building the next time.

The shower was very updated. The bathroom was very nice. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating went above and beyond.

We would stay there again, but we would probably go on the opposite side where we didn’t hear the highway at night, but other than that, we were very pleased. The pool was nice. Breakfast was very good too.

The hotel location is convenient - it was just off the highway in Gap. It was clean and comfortable. Parking was right in front of the hotel, in fact in some cases you can see your car from your room window. Restaurants and gas stations were close. As this is the country-side the restaurants in the area close very early, so plan on an early dinner! Also note that the road is one way when leaving the hotel so you can only make a right and go down a little further to turn around.

The only minor criticisms are that the window curtains in our room did not close and there was a bright light outside that kept me awake and on the day we stayed, the breakfast room was very crowded so we skipped breakfast.

Well We have had good experiences at your hotels. Traveling across the country I have noticed the increase in smokers and smoking. As a smoker I would appreciate it if you had smoking rooms. Don't be fooled by surveys on smoking. Smokers pay the same price as non-smokers and should be treated fairly. You should reserve rooms for smokers. I hate paying high prices, VAT taxes and think I deserve as well as others to be treated like a customer and be able to smoke in my room. Get some smoking rooms please.

Great accommodations like billiards room, pool, laundry area, workout area , and a very nice breakfast area with nice variety breakfast foods.

Unfortunately, for the hotel, although it is a smoke free hotel, the guest in the room before us had smoked in there. This does not discredit the hotel though. We would stay there again and we would recommend it.

Vernon at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The pool and gym were well kept and clean. The breakfast was delicious.

The tv was very slow to respond to changes in channels and the guide didn't work.

Mostly that it was a fair price, clean, comfortable, had all the Amenities that we needed and was near where we wanted to go, which was Sight & Sound.

It would have been nice to have another comfortable chair in our room. There was one, but I had to sit on the desk chair, which was ok, but not very comfortable.
