I loved the location close to Broadway nightlife , Gallons restaurant conveniently located is a quality restaurant with friendly staff and exceptional food on my doorstep Further the staff were efficient and welcoming. My room was spacious, the bed sooooo comfortable.

The breakfast for the amount charged was limited in its variety

The comfort of the bed was wonderful. The room was clean. We only stayed one night, but it was good. We had to pay for parking in a parking garage because the only parking is valet parking. I wish there had been a makeup mirror. I have to have a magnified mirror to see to put my makeup on.

The only thing I didn't like was the paying to park in the parking garage, but there is no parking on the street

Hotel was walking distance to the Ryman Auditorium (our main reason for this trip) and Broadway which was perfect. Our room was always cleaned and temperature was great. Our bed was comfortable and spacious.

I realize it's out of our hands, but the weather! I didn't realize how muggy it would be! lol Next time we'll visit at a different time of year. ;)

The property is in a great location, only two blocks from the center of Broadway. Also, printers Alley is right behind the hotel that has restaurants and clubs. The staff was extremely accommodating and very friendly. The restaurant on property named Gannon is absolutely amazing. The food was excellent, and the service was excellent.

Close to Broadway and the Ryman but far enough away to be quiet. Comfortable beds and reasonable sized room. Starbuck's on property and Gannons restaurant that has a breakfast buffet in the morning (not included in stay).

There was no place to put on makeup except very small vanity. The room was dark, which is great for sleeping but not working or getting ready.

Staff was exceptional and cared about our needs. Hotel within walking distance to Broadway and far enough away that it is quiet. We have stayed here before and will continue to stay even with the higher prices.

The price is a little high.

Great Location just a few minutes to main street downtown. OK for a night or two but wouldn't stay any longer.

Nice big room with lots of counter space, just 2 blocks from Broadway and a half a block from cheap parking. It will be our go-to place when visiting Nashville.

This hotel has everything you need considering you don't spend much time in your room in Nashville. Plenty of cabs available so going any distance to and from the hotel is easy. Downtown is walking distance and so is Printers Alley and many restaurants and coffee shops. The staff is friendly and welcoming and eager to help. There is a small snack shop for those midnight treats for the room. There is a Starbucks in the lobby but you need to check the hours. The hotel across the street has a coffee shop also. We ordered Pizza one night from a company a few blocks away and it was amazing. The delivery was fast and the pizza was fresh. Free wi-fi and the computer in the lobby and the printer are available 24hrs a day. There are 3 elevators so there isn't much waiting around for the elevator to arrive. The valets are really lovely. The hotel entrance has a regular double door and a round revolving door which is very spacious. There are also doors on the Printer Alley side of the lobby. This hotel was a bank and has allot of history and wonderful architecture. Our room was a spacious king. The bed was comfy and plenty of pillows to choose from. Nice white linens. Large round couch was in our room, a TV, dresser drawers and side tables, phone, plenty of USB ports for charging, clean bathroom. Toilet, tub and shower are in their own room and the sink is just outside that room. Hair dryer, full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash, tissues, hand soap, make up remover towelettes (even a black face cloth for make up removal), large closet with many hangers, ironing board and iron, extra blanket. Small coffee maker with coffee and the fixings. A small fridge and the room comes with a few bottles of water. Ice machines I believe on every floor. There are Black out curtains and lovely sheers depending on how much light you want in the room and they are plenty wide enough so they close properly. There is A/C and heat and the controller is easy to manage.

The only thing we would have appreciated was better lighting in the room. The lighting is very dim and yellow in nature. Also if you want a quieter room ask to be away from Printers Alley.

location, we stay 5 times a year with 20+ people. we’re never staying here again. will go across the street to a safer hotel.

I fell outside on your metal grates and seriously injured both knees and had a head injury. NO HELP WAS OFFERED!!!!!!!
